So I finally was able to get an idea of the timing and I just wanted to share. It seems like everyone knows the input but, not when to actually input it.
Notation - CH D/F+2 F,n,D/F+2
I found that the key is to start the input immediately after the electric effect from the CH disappears. Hopefully this is helpful
