d/b+1+2 can get blocked and d/b+4 can also get blocked vs wake up (backward) - crouching guard... or maybe im doing it too slow idk but d/b+4 won't get blocked if you set CPU 2 guard all. The best thing I've found is d+3, it will hit standers and get up backward, if they stay grounded she will end up on 2P side, if they side roll right the camera angle will change and you will be BT, if they use get up kicks you will get a CH launcher and near a wall cc: d+2,4 is guaranteed.
