After playing Leroy and witnessing the absurd amount of great tools he has, I think it's time they throw a bone to our girl and buff her the hell up. Here's my final list (which no one is gonna read anyway lol):
1,4: buff the damage on the 2nd hit furthermore and make it do 20 damage and give +4 frames. 27 damage +4 frames i10 is gonna be great for her.
b22: buff the damage to 14,16 to do 30 damage. Also the cancel on hit b222~ss should go from +1 to +5 at least and on block from -10 to neutral or -3 at most.
df1,2: increase the range and hitbox on the first hit and buff the damage on the 2nd hit to 13 instead of 10 (so it does a total on 26 dmg) and make it give +5. df1,2~f should be +5 as well on hit and neutral on block to make it worth using as a pressure tool.
Make df3 i13 frames OR keep it at i14 and make df3,2 jail.
f3 should give a free stfu on hit ala ch ws4,3 and keep the stun on ch. This way she'll have a 50 dmg i14 block punisher.
b1+4 should be sped up to i15 (did you see Leroy's i15 punisher!!!)
uf2,1 should be sped up to i16
DC should have its range improved and they should return the small pushback on block.
ws1,1+2: ws1 damage buffed from 17 to 20 to add 1 point of damage to every iws1 in juggles and her i13 ws punisher would deal 38 dmg.
ws2: either increase the range to dragnov ws2 level or make it i14 to warrant such crap range.
db3: should go back to +6 on nh and keep the opponent closer. They can take away the ch knd for all i care.
d2: buff the range to drag d2 level and the damage from 13 to 15 damage.
qcf3: make it give consistent +ve frames regardless of distance (lets say +4) and change it from -20 on block to -14 or -15 at most.
wtf: i'd say make it launch on normal hit, but it'll be kinda too good. Maybe give Nina the ability to do wtf, d3,4,3 on NH for like 45 damage and juggle on ch.
wr3,4: change the notation of the move to ff_fff3+4,4 and give it a better hitbox to be more consistent for max wall iws1 wall carry juggles. and with ff3+4,4 it could become a powerful big whiffs punisher.
wr1+2: completely remove the pushback on block to make Nina able to start her offense comfortably. It is very steppable anyway so it won't be OP. Oh and buff its damage from 30 to 36 dmg.
ss2: revert it back to -12 a la t6.
df1,2,3:1+2 bring back the t5.0 pushback if you do the jf on block.
ws4: damage buff to 16 or 18 damage and better hitbox.
STFU: becomes a wall bounce move.
uf1: the game's worst orbital, they could Leroy it a bit and speed it up from i26 to i24 and make it -4 on block with the ability to recover crouching if you press d.
Finally db2: give us story mode db2.

ws b1 becomes db1 and keep all its current properties (did you see Leroy's b2!! And that move is i12 and not i14!).
ss4 becomes -13 on block instead of -15.
While we're throwing everything and since they're making all new most new characters have evert single basic tekken tool, give Nina a freaking hopkick!!! Make it uf4 and her current uf4 changed to uf3+4. Her current uf3+4 could be given another notation like u3+4 or uf2+3 or anything else.
Something needs to be done about ff2. Unlike other similar moves, this one is on the slower side and the fastest it can come out is at 15 frames since it is i14 but requires double ff. Make it i12 to be able to use it at 13 or 14 frames. Either that or increase its range and hit box to make it usable.
b1+2: make it stun on NH like Julia's b1+2.
