They’re just giving out the blood seals! I sat down and started playing after dinner, and within a few matches, I had unlocked Eliza! Got all of her costumes pretty quickly thereafter. There seem to be these (common) random events where after a match where you get enough Blood seals to get the next unlock. I saw this after both Ranked and lobby matches.
* Also: people keep claiming that her boobs grow when she drinks blood – not true! The bigger-rack variants are just different costumes. And the blood-drinking move is actually just her regular 1+3 grab; no effect on bust size. THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT AND I HOPE YOU UNDERSTAND MY NEED TO CORRECT THIS WIDELY HELD MISCONCEPTION.
