The character Strategy Base is the accumulative work of various authors and contributors. Each character is headed up by a player who has proven to be consistent on the Tekken tournament scene and/or is known to be a character expert. As time goes on these authors will continue to fine-tune and update the Strategy Base, based on personal experience and feedback from knowledgable contributors. You should familiarize yourself with the Legend we use throughout the site. We have provided a link in our main navigation menu so you can access the Legend at any time while browsing the Strategy Base. If you wish to print the Legend list just make sure that it is the active window on your screen and hit Ctrl+P.

Each character Strategy Base consists of 3 sections.

This is the home of the character's Strategy Base, containing links to the other sections and general information such as author credits and when the Strategy Base was last updated. Here you will also find an introduction to playing the character in question and an overview of character strengths and weaknesses.

In depth analysis of character moves. Anything you need to know as to why a move is useful or not you can find in this section. Moves will have markers to indicate updates occured recently so you can easily keep up with the changes.

In this section the authors go into detail on how to play against specific characters. Is you characters a bad or good match-up.... if it's a bad match-up, what can you do to turn the tables in yout favor?
