Since I haven't yet found a good source for the new moves of each character and I don't feel like weeding through those big DR character topics, this might be a good way to collect all new moves in DR. This topic will be very useful to me when I get around to adding the DR movelists. And I imagine it will be useful to experienced players as well to quickly find out what's new for character x.
I only want truly new moves (as in new commands) not the new animation and/or property moves, which DR seems to have plenty of. If you can include the hit ranges (h, l, Sm, etc...), that would be useful as well.
So please just reply here with changes to whatever character and I'll update this thread starter. Thanks in advance!
Edit... Figures that just as I post this a source is made available , anyway this is still useful and Namco pdf movelist useless miss a few minor things. I will complete this list here as I get the time, feel free to point out errors or missing data

There are also some moves for Dragunov that we've found and confirmed, that haven't been listed. I didn't want to make an entirely new thread just to list a few moves, so I thought I'd put them here?
-1,3,2,1+2: H,H,M string fake into throw. Same throw as off of ff2,1+2
-db+3,1+2: Sweep fake into crouching throw
-B+2,1,3,1+2: Same as normal B213 string, but he fakes the sweep into a crouching throw.
QuoteDeath Bringer Low (followed by a special movement):
Kurichan...Raven ALWAYS HAD this special movement...if you hold down on his sceond quick, it will be sweep followed by a special stance that would be flashy but nothing would come out of it, unless you would do his blind ghost or his teleport kick...
then he would step back and do them. Nothin special bout it, but it was strange though that the stance would nothin special for Raven...
UNLESS THEY DECIDE TO PUT NEW COMMANDS FOR RAVEN FROM THE STANCE.
Then that would be purely speculation but if the magazine stated new....then maybe he got more moves than what you posted or the magazine stated that he got...
Hell....maybe now his KageBushin Jutsu may have some new moves....who knows.....noone knew that Raven could make a copy out himself like a Ninja other than what the game was out for four months....
Castel: I'm not sure if Devil Jin got uf+3, you might have mixed it up with uf+4 which is a fast mid kick that knocksdown sideways. His old uf+4,4,4,4 seems to be gone too, not that it was useful anyway.

Awesome list coming along. For the new Characters I haven't seen ANY SS+ moves. Wth?
Dragunov has SS+2 which can be followed up with some stuff. Don't care about Lili.

He can still do u/f+4,4,4,4 just now the only notation for it is u+4,4,4,4 (which isn't a new notation)

I think you missed something in the text:
QuoteOld moves new properties
Death Bringer Middle:
u/b or u+3, 3 h, m
Death Bringer High:
u/b or u+3, 4 h, h
Death Bringer Low:
u/b or u+3, d+3 h, l
Death Bringer Low (followed by a special movement):
u/b or u+3, D+3 h, l
Although, perhaps I worded it strangly He may have always had the special movement following this move--I wouldn't know, as I don't play him--but the properties of the move has changed. It used to hit "m," followed by a low hit, not that middle hit has been changed to a "h" hit
I wish Arcadia was kind enough to mark the new moves in some way, but unfortunately, they didn't. I actually have to go through every move one-by-one checking the old moves with the new to check for difference properties and new moves.

Do you mean the d/f+1+2 throw or d/f+2~1 or is it d/f+2,1 being a new move? Kinda confusing man...
If you`d like to know more about the move, feel free to try it out for yourself when Tekken 5 DR comes out in your neighborhood--I typed the notations as they appears in Arcadia`s little book. If you have a problem with them, there`s not much I can do for you.
Devil Jin's new move is u/f+4 not u/f+3. I've also done his new throw by doing f,qcf+1+2 although I may have done a hcf by accident. I also thought that his kick ender was b,f+2,1,1+4...
