The guys at RBNorway has just finished the translation of the frame data for Tekken 7. The data itself comes from the Japanese inatekken page. The translation is done semi-automatically, so updates will be run on a regular basis to make sure the data stays up to date. The process also contains a correction step, so feedback on the page and testing when the game is out will be used to make it a very reliable source of frame data.

Frame Data describes how much of an advantage or disadvantage a character is at after a move he or she performs is on block or hit.
A good explanation of what frame data is can be found at https://sdtekken.com/t5dr/frame-data-guide/
Notation for moves used in the frame data can be found at http://www.tekkenzaibatsu.com/legend.php

as a newbie, I find it to be the cleanest written explanation of frame data I have seen so far. I hadn't even heard of "false advantage", and I thought "safe" only meant "not so negative as to allow retaliation", which is probably "-9 or better" in T7, since the shortest attack has 10 frames startup (I think). I didn't think the notion included pushback, since it heavily depends on characters.

If there a similar guide on frame data notation? For instance I see people using "i10" to refer to moves with 10 frames (I think) startup, but I can't find a references for such shortcuts -- assuming they're as universal as the 1234 algebraic moves notation.
