Note that these changes are not set in stone for the final build.

d/f+2:
Can now duck cancel.
-12 on block if you do just d/f+2 but it's safe if you use d/f+2~dck instead (inatekken).

112:
Can now duck cancel.

CH 412:
Launches normally like in BR.

d/b+2, ALB d+2, 121d+2:
No longer KNDs on hit.
Safer on block?
More +f on hit?

f+1+2,2:
Now m,h,m.
Faster start-up?

PAB 121 CH last hit:
CH last hit now KNDs for free d/b+2.

PAB f+2,1:
New 2-hit string.
Possibly safe on block?

Tailspin moves:
DCK f+2
FLK 1 d+1_u+1
PAB d/f+1,2

Power Crush moves:
d/b+1+2
FLK b+2

Additional notes:
Can combo off b+2. b+2, iPAB d/f+1,2, t! ...

So b212 is the new horizontal sf into a straight that knocks down like jacks ch f2?

If it is I would guess that it's HC'able. The second hit looks like a high to me so lets just pray it jails too if it is.

I think his new b+212 string is also his new flop move. Probably can do b+2, b+212, flop.

PAB u/f 2 should be change to normal u/f 2 or a new normal 15 frames launcher.

A new 2p outfit too plz, shirt and red pants has been there for too long :s

That would of been awesome, as i will no longer need to memorize standing punishable moves up to -17-19 on block

It seems they buffed his 4,1,2. The opponent now gets launched FUFT, rather than the previous FDFA, to get a proper combo.

Also seems like he can't get a full combo off of b2 anymore. The opponent still crumple stuns the same way so all I've seen so far is b2 d2,1,2. Huge nerf if this is the case :/

Seriously dude, I am with you on that. Tired of only getting a 112 or a sf for -16 moves. A 15f launcher would make my day, but might make steve SUPA OP (Which I am ok with!)

anyway steve fox fans, I'll be back in full effect for the release of t7. Hopefully I can travel out to japan later this year to play t7 in person or at least make it to evo. When console drops, best believe I will be posting a lot from combos to strats to other things to help the steve player community out.

Some new Steve combos from Knee:

ws1+2, df1,2~1, duck f2, K! ext duck 1, f+2,1 , duck+1 w! 3,1,1, SF

CH df+2, df1,2~1, duck f2, K! ext duck 1, f+2,1 , duck+1

iPAB uf+2, b1~b, duck+2 K! ext duck+1 df+1,2~1, W! ext duck+1, SF

CH b+1 ext duck+1, df1,2~1, duck+f2 K! ext duck+1 SF

Steve basically seems the same. Seems like duck+f2 replaces the wildman bound and it seems he has a couple other buffs like 4,1,2 launching correct for a good combo.

CH df+2 as a consistent launcher is great and you can duck cancel it. I can smell buffs if the air.
