Standing;

i10 - 1,2
i12 - b+1,2
i14 - f+1+2 (less damage than b+1,2 but has better range and mid)
i15 - df+2* (launch), f+2,2 (long range), 1+2 (W!)


While Standing;

i11 ws 4
i14 ws 1,1
i15 ws 3





* df 2 fails to punish some -15 moves like Jack ff+1+2 and Laws ff+3.

Damn...might have changed...or wasn't tested properly...

Lee's hopkick is -13 on block, see if you can punish that.

Nope, seems way slower than i13. Seems to be i16 or more by the look of it.

I tested some frames and got the following:

d/f+2 is i16 (JG)
1+2 is i15 (29dmg KND)
f+2,2 is i15 (36dmg)
f+1+2 is i14 (27dmg Pain stance switch, good range)
b+1,2 is i12 (40 dmg Pain stance switch)

his d/f+1 is i14 (disappointing)

b+2,4 seems slower than i18, the same for f,f+2,1

I'm pretty sure df2 is i15. I'm also very happy that his WS3 is i15. Lei has the exact same move and it's i16 (WS3+4).

You are sure or you tested it?

I tested it against -15 and -16 punishments and my tests say that it's i16. Hmmm.

Yeah I tested it against a few -15 moves. Alisa's df2(i16) never worked but Doctor's df2 did. Still, there's something weird with the input. Even when I mash the df2 out, the opponent sometimes randomly blocks it. Maybe that's what happened to you as well?

d/f+2 has really bad range if that helps...

From what I've read so far it looks like lots of work needs putting in to win with this guy at high level....

Which -15 moves do you mean?
I tested against Law's f,f+3 (-15) and Law's d+2,3 (-16).

Dunno... I should test it better maybe. It would be good if it was i15.

Successfully punished Alisa's FLY1 & UF4 & Bob's B3. All of them are -15 and I confirmed this by failing to punish them with Alisa's df2 which is i16.

I also noticed that Doctor's df2 counts as a i15 move even at the max range. You just have to mash it out or it might get blocked.

Also, Dr. B's frame is horrid. I am not sure if he's worth the time...

Yep. I was pretty bummed about this even after an hour of testing. Big letdown. Oh well, good for trolling noobs I suppose.

You know what? This d/f+2 is bugged as hell.
I couldn't punish the sh** out of Law's f,f+3 or Jack's f,f+1+2 (-15) but I could punish Bob's b+3 or f+2,3.

Not sure about Law's ff3 but Jack's ff1+2 is only -14.

Edit: This is getting very interesting. Law's ff3 is indeed -15 but Dr B's df2 won't punish it. Alisa can't punish Jack's ff1+2 with a hop kick but Jack's df2 works as a punish. I'm using the practice mode's record function.
