i think every Character have some hidden move
and most of those moves is like cancel string or stance transition

moves like feng 2, 4, 1, b or 3, 3, 4, b
and those move is not listed in commend list
now the question is how or where can i find the other characters hidden moves like kuma or drag etc ...

I've noticed that some of these stances aren't listed in the main section of the movelist, but that they pop up in the sample combos at the end. I'd recommend checking there for your character of choice.

I think that's because these aren't really moves and these stances come out of a lot of different other moves. You'll probably see a list of the moves that come out of the stance somewhere in the movelist. As for the different variations that you can transition into the stance from, they're just not as forthcoming with that. Hope this helps!

Does every character with an alternate costume get a hidden move? I know Jaycee, Alisa, and Miguel all have them, but AFAIK they're not explained anywhere in the game.

Jaycee: uf+1+2
Alisa: b,b+1+4
Miguel: b+1+4

Anyone else?

All the moves you listed for feng are listed in InaTekken.
If you meant sav 1+2 f, that move is also listed

I found a new move for devil jin: after pressing b,2,4 you can expand this move instead of 2 and 1 with 4,4,4 wich isnt listed in the command list...

It is. It's part of his 10-hit string. It's b+2,1,4,4,4,2,1+4,2,1.

But good job knowing new stuff for you.

is this everything? Definitely not.

Any chance of a comprehensive compilation of TTT2 hidden moves before T7 is out?

No.
But they're is a whole novelist not in lei's command list. If we were to use his, it'd be a very long list of stuff that people except lei players would probably find boring.

I'm just asking about TTT2. Lei's hidden moves just in TTT2 don't amount to 50+ moves, do they? I doubt it. I'd say there wouldnt be more than 5 hidden moves on average per character.

I recently discovered bryan's b,d/f+4 cancel, and it automatically made a big difference to my game...atleast to the amount of fun I have playing bryan. If only i knew about it earlier...

You can also cancel any varient of his Hands of Doom. the b+2 strings.

b+2~f,1~u etc. So you can do 1,4 as a punish then go into a HoD cancel. Gets them to want to duck after getting hit by a punish etc. 1,4,2~f,4 1,4,2~f,1~u or what have you. Or as a Tag Assault b+2,1~u d+3,2. Silly but it has wall carry haha. I found that on accident, its not listed in Tag 2's movelist. He has had them for a long time I think. Don't have T3/Tag1 on hand to check though.

You can also cancel the second hit in d+3+4,2 leaves him crouching. d+3+4,2~d/b But I think that is a more well known one.

I've never considered cancels to be a "new" move or anything, or at least worth another spot on the movelist. I think of stuff like Heihachi OTGF as a hidden move, as that isn't listed from what I remember. Stuff like Lei's Tiger Stance auto parry might as well be listed, but I don't think it is.

No there is for sure 50 + Unlisted lei moves, most are transitions that most lei players know about but don't show up anywhere in the command list

@Altnes:
I think some cancels add a lot to gameplay, enough to be acknowledged in the movelist or atleast as a hidden move. I do wedge driver, opponent crouches, I cancel and attempt a taunt jet upper or orbital heel or whatever can kick butt appropriately. For me, its an essential pressure tool.

Yeah, i believe the HoD sidestep has been around since T3. I've known about those cancels for a long time, though the b+2~f,4 twirly kick I learnt recently. It never occured to me in all these years to try it. Now I'm abusing the heck out of to make up for lost time. Also a relatively recent discovery for me is that hammer driver can be done out of crouch and sway forward. Hammer driver sway ad infinitum into qcf4,1~u/d into hammer driver sway ad nauseum...

@gettingfood:
Yeah, that is so, but Im only talking about stuff introduced in TTT2, not all the unlisted moves throughout lei's career.

Yeah cancels are great and all, don't get me wrong. I saw it as, why have a string like 1,1 listed seperatly from 1,1,2 kind of thing. But I get how people can just not know about because it isn't listed. It would be better for everyone if everything like cancels were listed. Well... except for the "Tekken has too many moves" people, since they like to look at the, "this character has X number of moves"....even though the movelist counts sample combos and etc into its total.

yeah, I can see people getting dizzy if all the moves and transitions were listed in-game for the likes of lei or eddy or hwoarang or steve.

Would be nice to have a full list on a site like this. Sucks that the TTT2 movelist pages practically don't even exist.

I forget which thread but if you visit the lei's character sub forum. The lei players of thIs site attempted together to try to get all the stance transitions that we know of...I'm not gonna say we got them all but I will say that I've really struggled to add the list because of the shear coverage of the 1st post was very good about getting most of the good ones. I wouldn't be shocked if we got them all but there is like a whole Movelist unlisted stance changes on top of his whole listed move list so it's possible we missed a few.

On topic: so you want people to off hand tell which of the unlisted moves were introduced in tag 2 and not an earlier game...sorry but that's hard for me to remember when an unlisted move was introduced. We would have to check earlier titles to be sure they weren't in earlier games to...And since there unlisted we would have to test each of the unlisted moves again in t6 and couldn't just give the command list a look see.

I mean stuff from the earlier games will usually be common knowledge among good players. Wouldn't it be easy to tell which ones are new? But yeah, its wishful thinking on my part.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction for lei though.
