But when I see your videos online you always do CH4 f2?

Maybe someone has a list of the characters CH4 2,1 etc (no dash required) works on?

Edit: Oh wait that was Tekken 6, is it easier to do now since it's i12?

It would be easier to do now due to the faster startup.

well, in t6 it kinda work... but was really unreliable. for some reason ( maybe because 2 is i12 in ttt2 ) it sometimes ( ahem most of the time ) whiffs. unlike now in ttt2 its really consistent and can be considered staple.

i dont know in t6BR havent played it

I used em, they definitely all worked. You just had to time the d/b+4,3 perfectly, then hit the 2,1,1+2 when they were lined up with your head. Worked every time that way.

just my point is... these combos:

CH b4, db4, 3, 2, 1, 1+2B!
CH uf3, db4, 3, 2, 1, 1+2B!
b3, 4, 3, 2,1,1+2B!
(1+4, 2), d4, db4, 3, 2, 1, 1+2B!

are more stable now in ttt2 than in t6 where u need ''perpect timing'' which is a realllllly good news for us non pros who sucks with ''perpect timing''

in my experience in t6... even if u hit perpectly db4,3 and manage to land 2 of 2, 1, 1+2.... 2, (1), 1+2 also whiffs... so in t6 i wouldnt recommend this its way to risky just for some additional damage...

CH d/b+4,3 , U/F,N,4 , 1 , 2,1,1+2 , f,f+2,1_WS 1,4

Deals more damage than the staple and take less hits to do so which extends TA potential.

What are Asuka's options after B! for combos without that many hits before B!

Like say I do;
1+2, db+4,3, d+2 B!
That's only 4 hits, what are my options for solo combos here? Only ff+2,1+2?

Yeah. Try inputting the U/F,N,4 as soon as possible.
It's consistent once you get the timing right.

That combo already has 7 hits including bound, so your TA options are going to be very limited. I usually go for CH db+4,3, UF,n,4, d+2 b! has less hits (meaning longer TA) and is much easier to do.

I need to play Jun too, isn't her n+4 11 frames while Asuka's is 12 frames?

I need to research all of this and invite OwnerOfMcDonald from Hong Kong to help me (I think that was his name; he was awesome!)

I too have been "out of the game" for something like 4 or 5 months now. Life stuff (such as work, friends, family, pets, significant other, other video games that require my attention as well as a recent family crisis) has left me little time for TTT2 lately. Hopefully I'll be able to get back into this game real soon and help post up some more easy-to-do combos for Asuka.

You can, but why do that when you can get a free f2 launch off that? More damaging options if you tag cancel or even if you don't.
