Let's have some community input here about how we should organize this information.

Thanks.

It is situational. It does a cross up and sometimes sends the character away from the wall. But yeah, it can re-wall splat, but not all the time.

HI guys,

I know, since TTT Hybrid was released, there is tons of Ling x Alisa combo video, but honestly, most of those are just for shows, not really practical or possible to perform in real arcade match.

On the other hand, it's really hard to search for arcade match replay of Ling X Alisa in youtube neither.

So I make this post to ask.

Right now I am still very newbie to TTT2, here is some combo's I discover:

1. Ling u/f 3 > 1 d 2 hold d > ff 1 ~ 5 > bounce > Alisa > b 3+4 3+4 > Ling f 3 1 1+2
note: the last command of Ling's f 3 1 1+2 needs to wait a little bit and let Ling walk one step forward. Quite good damage, offer Ling an Onki chance.

2. Alisa u/f 4 4 ~ 5 > bounce > Ling f 3 1 1+2 > Alisa u/f 3 1
note: last 2 hits of Ling's f 3 1 1+2 sometimes miss, and sometimes Ling will pass the opponent while performing her move. Alisa's combo ender usually hits, but sometimes misses.
I dun quite understand.

3. Ling AOP u/f 3 1 ~ 5 > bounce > Alisa f f 3 4 > Ling f f 2 1
note: This is quite stable and easy to perform, but I think I can do more than this ?

4. Ling AOP u/f 3 3 > f f 1+2 1+2 ~ 5 > bounce > Alisa f f 3 + 4 > Ling f f 2 1
note: Just try to do the f f 1+2 1+2 ASAP after launch, the combo pattern is almost the same as the one above.

OK. Here are some questions:

1. Is Ling's f 2 1 4 a good teg assault combo move when team with Alisa ?
I am always thinking about this:
Alisa d/f 2 > d/f 1 1 > b 4 3 ~ 5 > bounce > Ling f 2 1 4 > Alisa ff 3 4 or ff 2 3
but disappointingly both Alisa's combo enders miss the second hit. I think I am not doing too many hits before bounce, how come the opponent is pushed that far ?

2. What move is better for teg assault combo ?
I tried f 3 1, f 3 1 1+2, 1 d 2 , f 2 1 or f 2 1 4, all of them blow the opponent too far away, if I use Alisa to end the combo, I always have to do dash and then I am forced to perform fff or running move .

. . . . . .

Please suggest some other practical combos

Thank you so much for your advice, have a good day ~

Cool! Here's my combos.

Ling/Lee
-------------------------------------------------------------------
Starting with one of these...
(Ling) df2~1~5, (Lee) 2, b1:1~f, 2, b2~f...
(Ling) BT4~5_ub4+3~5, (Lee) 4, b1:1~f, 2, b2~f...

...and continue with one of these
...b2~f, f4,3, B!, fff3,4
Best combo to drain red life and ends with good oki position.
...f4,3, B!, dash df3,2,3
Good damage plus wall carry.
...b2~f, b2~f~b, ws2,3~5 (W!)
Best wall carry combo and tags ling in to bind and drain red life at the wall.
...b2~f, b2~f, 1,2~f (W!)
Best wall carry combo ending with lee to bind at the wall.

-------------------------------------------------------------------
Other Tag Combos
(Ling) AOP uf3,1~5, (Lee) SSR b2~f, df3,2,3 (Ling) dash f2,1,4
(Lee) HMS 2~5, (Ling) ff1+2,1+2~5, (Lee) SSR b2,4,3, (Ling) dash f2,1,4
(Lee) d,db4~5, (Ling) UF,n,4, ff1~5, B!, (Lee) SSR b2,4,3, (Ling) dash f2,1,4
(Lee) CH 1+2, cc df4, f4,3~5, B!, (Ling) SSR f2,1,4, (Lee) fff3,4 <---Oki!
(Lee) ws2,3, f4,3~5, B!, (Ling) SSR f2,1,4, (Lee) fff3,4 <---Oki!
*(Lee) FC u4:5~3, (Ling) 1, ff1~5, B!, (Lee) SSR b2,4,3, (Ling) dash f2,1,4
*(Lee) FC u4:5~3, (Ling) 1, ff1+2,1+2~5, B!, (Lee) SSR b2,4,3, (Ling) dash f1+2
*For these 2 combos the launcher is written as u4:5 and not u4~5 as the 5 is pressed just when u4 animation hits the opponent. Too early/late and Ling will not tag in. As for the 5~3 part, this will ensure that lee will transit into HMS if opponent blocks the FC u4 or if the move whiffs, making this move safe. Very good to mixup with lee slide (FC df,d,df3). Strat stolen from Murakumo.

-------------------------------------------------------------------
Wall Combos (Pre-bind, Post-wallsplat)
(Ling) ff1~5, WB!, (Lee) b2~f, 4,u3, (Ling) D1, AOP mix-ups!
*(Lee) df1, f4,3~5, WB!, (Ling) uf,n,4, (Lee) f4,3, d3_other mix-ups!
*Note: If the last f4,3 whiffs often, remove the df1 from the combo.

--------------------------------------------------------------------
Still trying to find more painful wall combos for this pair as well as combos that ends in better oki position for Ling. (E.g. ...Ling B!~5, Lee b2,4,3, Ling dash f3,1,1+2). For info, all combos with Lee's b2,4,3 can be replaced with df3,2,3 for easier execution when doing Ling's f2,1,4 but damage will be slightly lower.

Heh, combos might be call and all, but you have to remember that TA combos give the other guy netsu instantly. So, imo, it's not worth doing TA combos unless you get to a wall or you can get an actual tag combo (launch~5) to take off red life.

This is especially true for me because my characters are Ling/Jaycee.

w!~TA! f+2,1,4, 1+2,4,b~f+1+2 is bloody painful

don't quote me on this, but aop 2~1~BT recovers so fast that you might be able to do W! aop 2~1~BT~2~2~1 in some assault combos

right now, f+2,1,4 is probably her best filler.
Though, if you want to use something that has many hits as the combo ender, i would suggest you try something like :
TA! d+1+2~aop b+3+4~BT 1,4 as filler because it's less hits and leaves the juggled character in basically the same position (does good damage too)

If the juggled character is getting hit too far away, that means you're doing too many hits prior to the TA!

What is the benefit of Xiao inputting a SSR before a filler string when she is brought in during TA combos?

Pretty sure it realigns you and makes it more consistent, as well as makes the timing easier, I think.

It doesn't reallign, it puts you off axis so that the f+2,1,4 string doesn't send them flying away as far as it would normally do on axis

I thought so, but wasn't sure. Gracias.

I learned a lot about the system tonight. True! gave me some good tips and helped with some solid combos. One filler that works with practice is (partner launch combo)~5 B! f~f~f+3, AoP 4, (partner combo finish). Buffering the first two f~f so that you can input the final ~f+3 when Xiao is active during a TA! combo allows the slash kick to connect.

The system does not auto tag her back out, so she is able to connect AoP followups before giving control back to the point character (AoP u+4 doesn't hit). It seems any attack that cancels into AoP keeps her active when doing a TA! filler. Even SS+3~d+1+2 works to prevent Xiao from auto tagging out, but it is too slow to do anything. u/f+3+4 doesn't float them high enough for followups after the B!, and f,f+1~D or D+! spikes them to the ground. EDIT: Jinazo posted the slash kick, AoP 4 as a juggle ender above. Nevermind.

Lastly, an 80+ wall combo with her and Lei is: Xiao launcher W!, 4, u/f+4~5 B!, (Lei) 3,3, (Xiao) f+3,1,1+2
