Really excited to this one.. but hey, new confirmed Asuka changes in TTT2 tested by me and my friend.

BUFFS
Sweep (3~4)~db: One of the very fastest cancels in the game. You can mixup with FR, FCdf+2 and etc.
df+1,4 : No confirmed punishments yet. [df+1],4 CH stuns on hit, but escapable.
2,1_2,3: Strings are now i12 and same - frames. Can be used after juggling with 3~4 WS4 1+2 2,1,1+2 TA!.
2,3: last hit now sparks, even on juggles. It is also now i12.
ff+2,1: m,h New crouching move to a shoulder like f+1+2 that KNDs. high crush on the first move, NC. Doesn't jail. Safe on second move, but can be ducked when ff+2 is blocked. Can be used as a wall carrier (functions like Nina's 1,2,f+1+2)
ff+2,1+2: m,m same move with f,f+2,1 - like on the second move. same properties, delayable.
d+3+4 : Second hit TRACKS her right. Tested against a Lili sidestepping.
3+4 : Now spikes instead of the still float ability.
d+1+2 : Now sparks on NH.
df+2: Sparks on CH.
(2,1),1+2 : now leads to a full combo on normal hit.

NERFS
b+3 : Has no more tracking abilities, less range and pushback. Same frames and damage.
b+3,4 : Can NO longer be delayed.
d+3+4 : toned damage, can be tag assaulted.
1,3 : Still i10 but now -2 on hit and -11 on block.
[1,2],4 : Less pushback, leaving Asuka vulnerable to i12 punishments (shoulders). Even jabs can punish this now.
db+1+2 : Hits high now, doesn't hit mid (crouching opponents).

NEUTRAL
1,1,d+4 : Last hit follows the hit animation that 3~4 does. No more FDFT position.
df+1+2 : Now combos even on punch parry. If punch parry, it now gives the stun like the normal of it does. But doesn't anymore KND and wallplat.
f,f+2 -> u/f+2: The old f,f+2 from T6 (the high face palm into ground smash) is now performed by doing u/f+2.

This will be edited anytime soon.

also add

1,3 -11 now and -1 on hit
1,2,3 -12 still with a lot less push back, shoulders and b12,'s reach
b3 has less push back now

although ws3 should get more dmg now thanks to TA!

Thanks for the infos lobster ) . Updated first post. Had a few tests awhile ago. You mean 1,2,4?

If 1,3 is now i11 that means we have no more jab punisher for i10? I'm gonna test this one lol, why would Namco try to nerfed her jab.

0:33 Asuka did 1,2,4 but it seems Leo can't punish it with 1,4.

Sorry for wrong info on the db+2, I misunderstand my friend lol. It's db+1+2 that has the changes, Nerfed, now High. I tested it and is confirmed true. No more destabiliser mixup on wall, I guess.

Thanks. Also, did you get the chance to try out the things I asked in the Ask a question thread? I explained my request of u/b+4. Also, d/b+2 recovering crouched is amazing... That move was SOOOOO under-rated in T6, and the ability to recover crouched is just ridiculous. I wonder if it's less punishable that way...

I appreciate the assistance you've done thus far. As for d/b+2 no longer able to recover crouching, I figured that would happen... That's just TOO good otherwise. She's hard enough to hit with her current crush abilities, giving her d/b+2 and letting her duck normal punishment after it would've just been monstrous.

Is her d/b+4 -frames on hit? also i think her d+1+2 got a damage buff, it sparks on hit. I forgot which video it was.

in this video asuka was able to b+3,4 and then follow up at around 2:33

It has been since BR. d+1+2 sparks on hit? Maybe it hit on CH.

We're talking about b+3>4 since you can hit confirm the 4 when b+3 does hit, but now it isn't.
