Combos for King pair: (based on ldmaxi last vid)

King Launch f22, 1 , b2 1+2 B!, Aking 1+2 2, King iSW

Aking DU, 1+2 2, d2 B!, King f221, Aking iSW

(so basically we're just gonna add Ak 1+2,2 and King f221 post bound).

It seems too hard too implement air-GS in tag assaults...

Those are nice combos, but it seems that the damage isn't all that much, particularly for the King iSW (it looks more like 10~15 damage). Maybe air-throws are now scaled. I wonder if a b+1,2 instead would be better.


ws+2,2 is confirmed as NC, m,m, CH on the second hit leads to a juggle (like FC,df+2 stun) and at least -10. Only thing now is if it's delayable/hit-confirmable.
ws+2 alone looks pretty safe. Lars tried to 2 it, but King blocked.


Interestingly, d+1+2 looks about -13. I hope it launches as high as Jack u+1+2 post-B!


The players are barely using f+4. Perhaps it really did get nerfed, but the more I see it, the more I'm convinced it still has a homing streak. It caught a Nina swr'ing. If it catches a ssl/swl, I'll cheer.

I was hoping for instant fc df2 out of crouching dash for faster whiffpunishment but I think I can live with that new d+1+2 launcher

f+3 -10 sucks but no homing f+4 would really be a big nerf

I'm not sure but I think ISW's damage has been reduced only if it's used during a tag juggle.

I hope f+4 has been fixed since it's quite bugged (it's mid but often goes over crouching or low attacking opponents, not really a good show during a match). Also WS+2 has the same bug but they thought it was way easier to remove it completely and replace with another move (which from what I saw is quite interesting btw).

I already testing for 3 days and found some news about King

FC d/f+2 can't juggle with d/f+4,3, b+2,1+2 anymore b+2 is whiff one way to juggle is d/b+2 immediately

ws+2,2 is i14 and -10 on block (can't delay)

iSW damage like shit (f+2+3 is give more damage now) and not only in Tag juggle, I also test in low parry combo (LP d/f+4,3, f+1, iSW) and damage still shit

b+1 is smaller hitbox

b+1+2 series is change animation and b+1+2,2+4 is nerf because the timing to dash ground throw is very limit enemy can get up faster than BR

ws+1+2 now normally launch like u/f+4

CD+4 now is change property, enemy knock down (not give them to tech anymore)

d+1+2 has a very small range it work only when enemy attack you (so who decide to use this as whiff punisher, please change your mind)

anybody that has something to test just post here, I'll test it again may be tomorrow ^^

anyway, can you please test if ch df+2,1 is still hit confirmable and if d+3+4 is guaranteed after air GS?

Didn't notice any difference with b+1

Didn't notice any difference in b+1+2,2+4, to dash ground throw either.

iSW will probably still be used in juggles. I do it, you still have decent oki and the damage with my team king/yoshi is rather high (like everybody else)

Air GS gives guaranteed d+3_d+3+4 and you can pick-up with d/f+4,3 (where I also landed b+2,1+2~5 B! afterwards against Lee (smaller male size char).

u/f+1+2, d/f+4,3, f+1, 1+2+5 (generic bound moves that automatically goes to tag assault) works. So now you can bound after u/f+1+2.

CH d/f+2,1 is the same

can you please test if FC df2 db2 B! (2),1 f+2,2 GS is still doable? I always prefer this juggle to the df4,3 version

also please can you find out if f+3 is really -10 now? because I've read it somewhere >_<

isn't there also a ws+2,1 move?

OK I'll try it again tomorrow (FC d/f+2, d/f+4,3, b+2,1+2) but today I use it many time and it doesn't connect

good idea for use 1+2+5 B! after d/f+4,3, f+1

so is there has any new move for King except d+1+2 and ws+2,2 ? (I tried to find it but nothing)

Do you know how fast the new d+1+2 launcher is ?

Too bad b+1 didn't get a slightly lower hitbox to whiffpunish some moves he cant punish in BR (e.g. jules b+1+2)

as I could see from the videos it seems like the new juggle is this: FC d/f+2; d/f+4,3; f+1; b+2,1+2 B! etc...

BTW, is cd+1+2 still unsafe? (-12 FC) and what about the new cd+4? does it give some kind of guaranteed stuff in nh or ch? gives advantage on block? are there new multihrows (xD I don't think so)?

talking about lows (in which King is quite poor), is f,f,N,2 still -14 on block or has changed his stun property? d/b+3 still unsafe? d/f+4,3 doesn't jail neither?

CD+1+2 still unsafe (can punish with AK b+1,2) .... CD+4 normal hit is put enemy down (a little bit far, may be guarantee with d+3+4) on CH I didn't test, on block give everything same as BR

d/b+3 still launch punishable, f,f,n+2 didn't test yet, d/f+4,3 doesn't jail (same as BR)

I'll test everything u ask on tomorrow (last day of TTT2 in Thailand)

Can u test to see if we have any lows that have frame advantage other than d/b+3. like d/f+4 ffn+2 or maybe even d+3+4(lol that would be the day)

Yes at 1.06 u can tag like that by 1+2+5 button when u KND but u will lost the red life gauge
