BAEKS ITEM MOVES

    Refined Vest (Credited to fh4life) - regains health (1+2+4)

    Beret (1+2+3)

    Sledgehammer (b+1+3+4)



NEW MOVES IN BLOODLINE REBELLION

    - b+[3]_FLA f,b+4 and repeat. (FLA)
    Quick FLA side step (to your right).(credicted to fh4life)

    - (Successful punch parry) 3 (m)
    Auto punch parry attack. The timing for "3" to land is quite strict.

    - d/f+1,3_ws+1,3 (m,h~FLA) - i13, b -1/+1, h +6/+7, CH +6/+13
    goes into FLA on both block and hit. Linear. Duckable if first hit is blocked. Can be done during FLA. Not delayable (credited to toyamaK52)

    - f+2>1>4 (m,h,l) - i15, b -15
    notable frame advantage on hit. Can delay at every hit.

    - u/b+4 (m) - i?, b -13
    high crush mid. Similar hit stun animation as Bryan's d/b+2. Linear.

    - ss+3 (L)
    ground-hitting low. Nothing special except + frame on CH.

    - ws+2,1 (m,m) - i15, b-12
    B! Jab punishable on block, NC. Hit-confirmable. Stable d/b+4 combo follow-up. If the first punch is blocked, it does not bound even if the second hit is CH. Short ranged but can be done from CD.

    - d+1>4 (m,m) - i14
    The starting punch is of the old ss+1, second hit is delayable. NCC and hit-confirmable, though is NOT guaranteed on maximum delay. (Credited to toyamaK52) Can be done during FLA



REVIVED MOVES

f+4 series: - i19
- f+4,3 (m,m)
- f+4,4 (m,L)
- f+4,3~f_b (m,FLA)


f+4 bounds.

FLA f+4 - i18

(T6 f+4_FLA f+4 is now done f+3+4_FLA f+3+4)


PROPERTY CHANGES

[+] 1,2 longer range
[+] Enhanced FLA ss ability
[+] u/f+2 can now be used in FLA
[+] FLA f+4 tracks 360
[+] ss+3+4 is now -14 instead of -16
[+] d+4,3,3 on CH has the same + frame property as d/f+4,4 on CH.

some rumor says that Baek might get a new B! either from a new move, or from an existed move. I certainly hope it's 1+2.

or a m,m move that's safe on block and tracks...
or a better move/option for post b! juggle...*something like a wall-push type... eg.jin's B+2,1; lee's ws+2,3/ d/f+3,2,3; dj's d/f+3,2,4...*
and a better follow-up for baek's d/b+4...:p

FLA 2,3 gives +7 or something on hit, and 0 on block
FLA 3+4~f gives +3 on block
FLA d/f+1 gives +1 on block

Is this true? My opponents can beat the hell out of me after FLA d/b+3,3~f or FLA 2,3 both on hit.

depends on what move u used afterward. Chance is, your opponent might have high crushed you w/ a low jab after your 2,3~fla. Were you usually doing a high attack after 2,3?


Also, d/b+3,3~f DOES give you + (8? that's what the jap strat guide listed), but if you follow it up w/ another d/b+3,3 (i19), that +8 really doesn't mean much against any jabs. d/f+1 (i13) after d/b+3,3 on hit should be uninterruptable.

it seems that 1+2 retains the old status on normal hit. We still don't know if it bounds, I guess?

well who knows but i noticed something different the way 1+2 hits the opponent, seems to be powerful the way its effects goes hehehe, with it, I just thought that 1+2 really bounds.. whew!! Lets all hope..

Or even though 1+2 doesnt bounds, atleast as a wishlist, let namco bring back baek's ws+4,4 that has a bound properties just like the old japanese version..

I think I saw f+2,1,4 (???) at 0:33. Or my eyes just deceived me? Bad frame skip. Even if it's true, isn't it quite useless adding new low kick since the last hit of f+2,1,2 can be ducked?

FLA f+3 tracks a bit and has always been KND on hit. There's no +7, lol.

Also, the "juggle" u wrote there isn't realistic because d+4,3,3,3~f results opp grounded. Even if it's true, a low sweep that ended w/ 85% of health is not something I would like to see in a fighting game I like.


Btw, d/b+4 d+1 cc into standing jabs would do the job for the damage if you don't mind the difficulty. Just a quick info for ya.

Oh, and I don't remember I've mentioned something about d+4,3,3,3~f in my previous post. Perhaps, you've mistaken?

But good players can see when d/b+4 coming, and block it so easily. So, if Baek got the whole juice follow-up, it should be high risk-high reward, I think. I even never rely on d/b+4 against good players. I'm a dead meat if I do that sweep.

oh shit yeah, I saw myself a d+4 for no reason.

Btw, FLA f+3 was never removed. FLA = flamingo.

d/b+4 is good when used to anticipate a high, or used as a tech trap. A tech trap or high crush that gives 80% is a bit cruel, imo. I rather they strengthen everything about baek, instead of giving him a one-line broken move like Kuma's JFSH in T4 (worst character, really, but that 2 hit juggle is all u need to win a round).

Sorry, I was mistaken with standing f+3 from f+3,3,2 or f+3,3,b+2. I thought standing f+3 would KND opponent in BR.

Well then, I have to agree with you. Baek shouldn't be a bandwagon character. But at least Baek needs some decent staple after CH KND+3. I thought CH KND+3, WS+4, d/b+3,3~f stuff would be nice.
