Talked to the people that run the arcade at the NY NY here in Vegas and apparently they won't lower their price until New Roc City in NY lowers theirs. I guess its a sister company or something...

Well that could actually be a good thing. If people aren't showing there to play they aren't making money, which could cause them to lower their price.
it's still blowing my mind. who would ever pay that much money for a fighting game? especially one that will be pretty much arcade perfect on a console eventually.

Hey everyone just wanted to let you guys know that our arcade in Wisconsin which is Paul's Video Arcade we wanted to let ya know that were having a lock in this saturday which is the 23rd of this month. Once CF gets T6, no one will go there anyways.
I'm surprised they even got it since they never got a Tekken 5 machine. Meanwhile they were still running a shitty T4 machine and a big screen TTT machine.
I'm not sure how much money they make on this game in Korea and Japan, but I'm really curious about how much money they're trying to bring in with this. I wouldn't mind paying a buck for this, but more is a lot to ask.

I went to Smiles today and Tekken 6 wasn't there anymore. I don't know what happen and I don't know where that machine is gonna pop up, but you can remove it from the list I guess.
It's quite expensive to pay $3.00 for a single game. I have not played in European/American arcades yet but it seems as if they taking full advantage of Tekken 6 being a Sony PS3 exclusive. Adding insult to injury, it will be released in 2009 on PS3. Just out of curiosity, what was the price per play for T5 and T5 : DR in US and UK if anyone knows?
There is this new arcade is Austin, Texas that will be opening this week I think. From what I hear, they will be having Tekken 6 and alot of other new arcade games such as Street Fighter 4 as well.
