In my quest to improve my Lei skills, I've decided to post an archive of Lei juggles and combos to help people and myself in developing Lei.
Please help me in completing this mini-guide if you guys have the time. I'll give credits to the founders too. Corrections are welcome as well.
I'll update this thread and place in the damage as soon as T6 gets ported to PS3.



How to use this guide:
the Juggle starters/Launchers all in BOLD form. You start from there, and then you try to catch the opponent using the moves that are after the "-" below the juggle starter. If you have any trouble with the notations, please consult the LEGEND button on top of the forum below the banner. Then after doing a b! you can perform the things you see on the b! section of this thread.

a much cleaner version without the credits and can be found here link link just choose which one is best suited. This one contains some unstaple combos that do more damage though like CH u/f+3 cancel etc.
but the other one contains wall combos.

Post B! moves (mostly from Battousai)
1. f,f+3,4 - great for wall carries
2. WS+2,1
3. d/f+2~f
4. d/f+1+2~f - puts you right into TGR for pressuring
5. f,f, u/f+3+4 - puts you on the other side
6. Razor Rush - for animal mixups.
7. f,f+2 - great for b+4 mixups.
8. dash in WS+2,f+2,ff+3,4 (people have been saying this isn't always guaranteed.)
9. not guaranteed but if opponent does not tech or roll back ss~3+4~BT, BT d+1,(another d+1 not guaranteed to connect to BT 3),BT3
10. in some early bounds ff+4,3+4_3+4~f_b works.

You are free to choose what move to use after B! but ff+3,4 is the greatest guaranteed damage you can get. The rest will depend upon your setup

Isn't there a combo thread already?

Anyway, it's 3~4,4,4, not 4~3,4,4,4.

For RR 3 CH, WS 2 picks up for standard juggles.

This is rare occassion but in case anyone's suicidal enough:
CH 1+2~2, f,f+3,4 (probably since T5)
maybe f,f+2 hits for b!, not sure.

Should use when near wall, KND 3, d/f+1+2, TGR 3~f W! 1+2

@noobs reading this: also check out the exalted notes... and neorussell's lei vid in youtube (if you're starting out with anyone, look for one of neorussell's vids!)

okay...for noobs, i say razor rush alot until you learn the ropes..just to defend yourself...hehe...

I seem to use d+4~d quite often to do a little low poke then to SNK, transition is very quick and quite safe also its becoming a habit to do a d+4,4~f to DRU if I hit the target pretty useful if you actually able to knock the guy down, pretty good mixup.

anyways about the combo you posted:
f,f+2, B!, u/f+3, CRA 3,4,2,3 (the last three hits are techrollable)
you said here that the last three hits are tech rollable.,so meaning is CRA 3 really guaranteed after uf+3?.,even though the opponent tech rolled?,.honestly i myself never trust this combo until now.

this was my combo when i had hard time getting used to the stick, making my ff+2 b! attempt into d/f+2 or u/f+2.

I believe the string is guaranteed upto CRA 3. This has been discussed before in one of the threads.

oh, and I should also ask:
should I include ff+3,4 after b! or should I just end the combos with b! and give the people the chance to add what they want?

Put a note saying f,f+3,4 is a good juggle ender after b! but it is possible to use other combo to make it easier to setup for another juggle?!?!

I think you should just end the juggles with B! and let them decide which move to follow it up with. If that's what you're going to do, then it would be nice if you'd add a section like this:

I viewed the launchers again and went "holy moley" no wonder Lei's S Tier. Look at all those JS. I've never seen a character have so many before. ^_^

Well it is more like calculation + timing, usually when I get fn+2 I miss ff+2, but it is a possible combo for a pro

yeah i know its a possible combo,.it can be done,.but yeah sometimes f~2,or the f,f+2 misses,.IMO an additional f+2 damage is not worth doing,.it would be better to do:
uf+1,2 f~2, f,f+2 B! than missing the f~2 or f,f+2 B! f,f+3,4.,which is the core damage of the combo,. just an advice though,.

PAN 2, F+2 x3, fn2, ff+2 combo works 100% success rate to me... well unless you hit PAN 2 on maximum range, that's probably kills one of the F+2 but on close range, 3 times plus fn2 is guaranteed. Never missed that one.
