4/17/2012 update

+ Lili now has a generic running 3 slash kick ... instead of her old wr3 which put her on the floor.
+ bt1+2 now bounds
+ qcf1,2~b, the 2nd hit cancels in to bt
+ Lili can now go bt after ff4
+ f23 is now NC
+ f4 on hit now gives the same fallback stun as Leo's ff2, non techable
+ Lili can now go into crouch dash [qcf] after ff3
+ b1,4 [new extension], is -11, m,m, knd, heavy damage, NC, wall splats, 2nd hit is unsteppable if 1st hit is blocked, delayable ... very good string
+ new string is ws124, last hit is low and knd, -14. confirmed startup at 13 frames.
+ db3 gives a different knockdown on normal hit ... same knockdown as DJ's ub2 ... free ff4 or df3+4 on followup, I believe. still gives same Tekken 6 juggle on CH.
+ 3,2 and 3,1 are NC
+ damage buff to 2nd hit of f3+4 to 26
+ damage buff on ss3 - now 24 dmg [21 before]
+ damage buff on fc,df1 - now 30 dmg [21 before]
+ damage buff on last hit of bt4,3+4 to 24 [from 12]
+ small damage buff on f23 to 14,24 [from 16,21]
+ damage buff on standing 2, now 9 dmg [lol]
+ damage buff on f3 to 31 [from 28]
+ db4 speed up
+ db3+4 damage up to 24 [19 before]
+ damage up on f4 to 31 [24 before], safer on block -11 [-14 before]
+ damage buff on last hit of d224 to 28 [26 before]
+ f3 is -6 on block [-9 before]

- fc, df1 no longer launches on normal hit. it appears she might get free ff4 or definitely d3 though. 323 does not work.
- db4 combo only on CH now. around +3 on hit
- 2nd hit of qcf1,2 on CH no longer stuns at all.
- df3+4 is -6 = cannot block standing jabs after df3+4 on block
- ff3 is no longer a launcher, -12
- bt1+2 is -10 [-4 before]
- uf3 is -13 [-12 before]
- f23 now -12 [-10 before]
- damage reduced on 3,1 to 14,24 [16,25 before]
- damage reduced on 3,2,3 to 14,9,26 [16,15,30 before]
- damage reduced on bt 1+2 to 6,24 [12,25 before]
- damage reduced on qcf1 to 19 [21 before]
- damage reduced on df3+4 to 16 [19 before]
- damage reduced on qcf3+4 to 14,16 [16,19 before]
- damage reduced on d2 to 19 [21 before]
- damage reduced on 124 to 8,14,24 [8,14,30 before]
- damage reduced on f3+4~3,4 to 9,24,24 [12,24,30 before]
- damage reduced on ws2 to 20 [21 before]
- range / hitbox reduced on df1 ?
- no more standing hits after CH qcf2

My guess is that they were catering to all the complaints about low sweep spammers online. Which means that if Bryan doesn't get his df+3 similarly nerfed....

it's really not fair. Many people can easily low parry it because it is super slow. And now, it was nerfedto CH juggle. What is namco thinking? How come they did not make it similar to lars' speed?

so they're saying that db4 is now back to DR status ... although that's not very specific.

but it sounds like to me that it does NOT knockdown at all on normal hit ... which I believe it did in the early aou beta.

ff4 is slower and not even plus on hit now?? What are the frames of recovery like (approx) if you go into back-turned with ff4~b?

I might actually like the idea of a db4 that's CH launch only..... IF it's faster / not launch punishable.

ff4~bt might be good for gimmicks ... but it most certain is going to be launch punishable if she goes bt, unless she is less than -10 when going to bt ... which I'm pretty sure she's going to be more than that.



the quicker, non launching db4 is certainly a nerf ... but not as bad of a nerf that some of the other characters got.

I don't know what the deal is, but netsu looks REALLY powerful in this game ... stronger than T6 rage.

if you look at maxi's 1st vid, goto around 34:50 and on a full-life bar marduk, lili just does fc,df3 then ff4 ... and it's already about 40% damage. then she does d3+4, UF4, df2, f23, w!, df3,b! ... if she had just finished her wall combo instead of tagging to law, marduk would've been dead.

oh ... I thought you had meant it looked slower as in frames til impact speed, rather than recovery speed.


it does look really odd though ... ff4 then all the sudden she is backwards. logically I would think that would be good for mind games and such, however ... in the end, it is shitty because all they would have to do after getting hit is ssr and it will avoid all options. -_-;

her best addition so far imo is her ws12 ... it looks incredibly fast and nc ... and it looks like she has the -12/13/14 fr ws punisher that I had been hoping for.


I'm also REALLY hoping they changed her 3,2 recover back to how it was in t6.0 where you can do juggles like 32, df1, 323.

Agreed. I'm watching the 3rd vid of ldmaxi atm, ws12 is certainly a NC. I've seen the 2 being interrupted with a crouch jab after blocking ws1, so ws124 is probably m,h,l.

Also, db4 looks faster. I was going to ask if it's similar to her DR db4, but when looking at the 1st post, apparently it is. 23f, i think it's on the edge of being seeable? imo, it might still have a use if unseeable. It could be worse, they could just give a regular KND on CH, like Alisa's db4, which is 24 frames, I think.

Also intrigued by bt1+2 having B! properties.

if it's interruptable, then that means it doesn't jail either.

but I don't really have a problem with that ... since it is mid,high, it really should only be used as a punisher anyway.

I still can't see why they gave lili a bt option after qcf1 ... I guess options are alright, but it doesn't make much sense to me.
