yup, that is if you don't cc and they just lay there, the d+2 will hit but won't float them to get the ws4
but if you don't cc and they try to get up i think d+2 will float them not 100% sure on this

what i usually do after d/b3 is to ss up for my cc
yup d413 can be used instead of d44, but it's only consistent on one side, i think if your on the left side, someone posted this on the combo thread but i always seem to pull d413 on either side, he he cant be sure coz when i know there's a wall somewhere i use d44 coz it carries farther then try to catch it up with ff+2 or fff+2 if it's too far

you play at Market Market? the only guy i know who uses drag in Market market aside from me is Jop and he doesn't play that much there, have you tried playin downstairs?? (one token continue) or maybe it's bcoz i don't play that much in Market market anymore (maybe once or twicw a week i like it better when i play in different arcades, coz me and my team mates don't get to play DM's)

Im kinda having some trouble juggling here, when i d/f+2 on my opponent and all i manage to do on him is a 4.>_>.
Tried to continue with a 1,4,1 but failed badly. Any tips on how to learn how to juggle properly?

just practice, try doin it again and again vs the computer or when someone gives you a mercy round

Try:

df+2, 1, 1,3,2B! d+4,4


It's about as basic as half-decent T6 should be.

It looks like you are trying to do df2, 4, 141, etc. What you want to do is df2, 41, 41 etc.
I'd say try df2, 41, f132B!, d44. Piss easy from what I heard.

I just mash 1+2. It reverses one of the 2 options, and escapes the armbars from foes. The regular way is something like 1+2,1,1 or 1+2,2,2, depending on 1 or 2 punch.

IIRC

for a 1 punch on the ground you need to input 1+2, 2 inputing the 2 ten times before they punch you and the oposite for a 2 punch... 1+2, 1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1

it has been a little while since i used it so i am not totally sure..

To block a 2 mounted punch, you press 1

To block a 1 mounted punch, you press 2.

Because they alternate, it's pretty hard to do on reaction, so most people mash 1,2,1,2 and hope to get lucky.




To break the arm bar, you wait for the animation and press 1+2,2,2,2,2,2......

I think it's about 6 times to break. But if your own character has an arm bar, you can reverse it if you press 8 times? I'm not sure on the times to press 2, but I'm damn sure of the notation.



As for blocking the punch and turning it into an armbar, only Paul can do that? And I think he has to press 1+3 or 2+4 instead.

The question was about the last thing you said, and not only Paul can do this. Then please return to my previous post.

And breaking the armbar (you mean blocking?) you will ALWAYS get out of it by mashing 1+2.

i dont know guys, what i meant was when somebody tackles me and he's on top of me the 1st punch he execute dragunov takes the 1st punch and do a arm lock i saw in a video i think it was against miguel.

This tackle tree does not include leg locks/breaks. Since it was for generic ultimate tackle w/ arm bar capability.

To escape leg locks: 1+2 1,1,1,... There is no reversal of leg locks, unlike arm bars

Just noticed this, all "tackler" type characters have mounted punch reversals except for Nina/Anna even though Nina has a leg lock.

The "tackler" type characters are Paul, King, Marduk, and Dragunov. They are tackler type because they have a specific notation for tackle, have moves beyond arm bar beyond tackle (e.g. paul has UP, King has tackle strings, Marduk has command tackles as well as punch "fakes", and Dragunov has unreversable attacks if tackle lands). Also since they are tackler types, they all (except Dragunov, don't get me started) push Marduk to the ground when he performs his special tackle, instead of escaping at a disadvantage. The final perk to being a tackler type is the addition of a reversal system when you are on the defense after being tackled. Namely the ability to reverse armbars (not just escape them) and reverse punches against you into your own armbar.

So getting to the answer, the command for tackled, punch reversal is:

1,1,2 to counter 2 punches

...and I've never gotten a chance to test, but the consensus is that

2,2,1 to counter 1 punches
