Thank you very much.

I only learned about what PPSSPP is from googling after I saw your post haha, so not that. I've been straight up practicing it in game in Tekken 7, so realistically I only get a few minutes to practice it because I'm not trying to spend bank learning a combo when I'm pretty trash overall. Still, its good to know theres no real input trick other than hitting the timings precisely, I kinda thought you had to be super close to the opponent or something. I got it to hit like twice but I didnt really feel any difference in what I was doing.

Thank you so much now I am going to try to determine which combos are her staple combos or most damage practical combos because I did not expect her combo thread to be so full.

Hm when I look at her frame data and how people are playing her, I am wondering for how long people can get away with relentless pressure and using punishable moves as if they are safe.. Any tips on how to play this discount Bruce in neutral without the good old b+2 and b,f+4 ?

My style has been to play her from range 2 emphasizing her sweet long range pokes. Most of my big damage is from when my opponent gets frustrated and I land a CH 4, CH SWS+3, or u+3.
It's a very conservative style with hardly any punishable moves. Low risk, low reward.

So rbonorway just updated Josie's frame data, and they say d+3, 4~SWS is +11 if the 4 is blocked. Does this seem possible?
That would mean that she gets a free SWS mixup out of a descent low poke!!

d3,4 shouldn't be used outside combos

If you want SWS mixups, go for df4 or 2,4

I agree, and up until seeing this frame data I never would have used it outside of juggles. But I think this makes it useful for the occasional shenanigans.
They also have the armor data for d/f+3+4. Armor starts at the 8th frame, so it's a good follow-up to anything that leaves you at -1 or less.
