I know that swedish bastard is still cheap in TTT2. But Paul really benefits from his taggable launchers like u/f+4 or f+1+2 (redlife killer) and wallcarry abilities. Both being high risk high reward chars also fits my playstyle.

Paul/Leo staple combos.

In the open...

Low parry:
qcf+1~5, b+1,4~KNK df, WS+3, f+4~KNK df, WS+3,1,2 - 54 red life.

df+2, uf+4:
WS+3, db+2, b+1>2 TA! f+3~BOK>1,2, Clean hit qcf+2 - 93 dmg.
qcf+1~5, b+1,4~KNK df, uf+1, b+2,1+2 B! dash df+1+2,1+2,qcf+2 - 77 red life.

b+3:
WS+3, db+2, b+1>2 TA! f+3~BOK>1,2, Clean hit qcf+2 - 97 dmg.

d+1+2~BOK 2:
~5, uf,n,4, db+2, b+1>2 TA! f+3~BOK>1,2, Clean hit qcf+2 - 109 dmg.
~5, uf,n,4, db+2, b+1>2 B! dash d+4:1:1+2 - 90 dmg.

At the wall...

- Damage output with Paul on point measured with Clean hit qcb+2 W! (41 dmg).
- Damage output with Leo on point measured with uf+1,2 W! (38 dmg).
- As ender, last hit of Paul's d+1,4,2 will whiff no matter what on little bitches. To be specific here... Jaycee/Michelle, Xiaoyu/Miharu and Zafina. Use d+4:2 or qcf+2 on these characters.
- Against Jinpachi and Marduk, replace [df+1,b, d+4:2:1+2] with [dash d+4:2:1+2], [df+1,b, d+1,4,2] with [d+4,1,2] and [f+4~KNK df, WS+1,4,1] with [WS+1,4,1].

b+1,2 TA! f+4~KNK df, WS+1,4>1, d+1,4,2 - 110 dmg. First and last hit of Leo's WS+1,4,1 have to hit grounded (60%).
qcb+1 TA! f+4~KNK df, WS+1,4>1, df+1, d+1+2 - 110 dmg. Semi-hard. First and last hit of Leo's WS+1,4,1 have to hit grounded.
b+1,2 TA! f+4~KNK df, WS+1,4,1, d+1,4,2 - 110 or 106 dmg. First hit of Leo's WS+1,4,1 has to hit grounded. Important: If you input Paul's d+1,4,2 as soon as possible, the last hit will scale 60% for 110 total dmg. If you wait a little before inputting then last hit will scale 36% for 106 dmg. On some characters last hit will whiff if you try to hit it 60%. Long story short; for consistency, wait a little before inputting d+1,4,2.

d+2 TA! df+1,b, qcf+2, FC+2, WS+1,4,1 - 106 dmg, however this combo does more damage than the combo below from a wallcarry due to scaling.
d+2 TA! df+1,b, d+4:2:1+2, WS+1,4,1 - 107 dmg. Wait a little before inputting Leo's WS+1,4,1 so the first hit will hit grounded.
b+2,1+2 TA! df+1,b, d+1,4,2, WS+1,4,1 - 105 dmg. Wait a little before inputting Leo's WS+1,4,1 so the first hit will hit grounded.

f+3~BOK>1,2 means delay BOK 1,2 a little. This will make it easier to hit deathfist clean. As soon as you input 1, start running up with Paul.
Combo-wise Paul/Leo is super fucking good and it really surprises me that nobody uses this team.
