Scroll down to Gigas.
Highlights:
Overkill: Is now also available as GS~1+2 (!!!!!)
b+1+2: is now +4 on block
wr1: is now +5 on hit
df2,1: faster recovery on hit (by 3 frames)
This means staple consistency when using df2,1 as your tail spin, and better Oki of off ff4,2, df2,1 finisher
2,1: now +5/-6 on hit/block (better by one frame in both block/hit)
Nerfs:
b2/b[2]/f4/f[4] (all forms) now pushes back more when connected sideways on an airborn opponent (basically they fixed the weird, close sideways tumble)
I think this basically this means he no longer has f3,2 into df,1+2,1+2 as a "fancy side combo"
No loss; that combo was mostly for style points.
db3, is now a string starter for his new move and has gone from +6 on hit, to -4 on hit
This is of barely any consequence to Gigas.
Stuff that doesn't matter:
ss2 moves less forward after landing.... this is also of no consequence to Gigas.
If anything, I would have preferred forward movement stunted on block (which would of course be a buff), for better push-back with this SLOW, BLOCK-PUNISHABLE HIGH attack.
Notes in general.
Use of db+3,2 depends entirely on how much damage the move does as a tail spin.
If it's a "16 + 30~25" damage affair that'll probably have significant usage.
If they've arrange it to be something like "14, 21" as an apology note to it picking up after ff+1+2, it'll be very 'meh'.
