Currently broadcasting live is the King of Iron Fist Tournament 2016 qualifier in Osaka , Japan. The first qualifier in Japan and it will have 3 divisions; women, students, and open to everyone. Catch the action live after the jump.

With the whole caveat of even the best players lose, I wonder if Nobi doesn't squeeze in via Osaka if Chikurin has a good shot vs. Korea's heavies? He was good enough to come out on top here and AFAIK he's one of Japan's better Jins but I wonder. I haven't watched a ton of his matches.

I'm not sure who the Law and Paul were but they're apparently pretty damn good to push Nobi to 4th. Maybe they have a shot too.

Holy shit, am I reading this right? A Jin player won a tournament?

And I'm always thinking "Well, when's the last time you saw a Jin win a tournament" in response to people who think he's really strong or needs nerfing.
