Hey guys, does Xiaoyu still have her left cartwheel (f+1+2) and right roll (f+3+4) from TTT? My memory is hazy but I think I have the correct inputs in mind.
I decided to pick up Xiaoyu and noticed the f+1+2 and f+3+4 are now different moves.
She no longer has these moves, but her f+1+2 is i12, has good range and knd so it is a great addition (even though cartwheel is missed), remember in tekken 4 Xiaoyu had a hard time punishing steves pushback moves and f+1+2 has gave her that chance to punish it.
Now f+3+4 is actually her right roll except she no longer rolls right but straight instead, I find this move useless and would be happy if it go removed and they brought cartwheel or even a scary low break down turtles.
I use it alot if the opponent loves teching everytime after a juggle as HYP 3 steps 2 gives a guaranteed of a ny move around 24f or under, I also use it to look flashy XD.

Lol i got suspended because of my bio because I used the word "bitch" as in "... then goes to bitch about somebody". I'll accept it when the suspension is lifted which is soon.

Question; does Xiaoyu benefit from stance canceling, during tag assaults? I wanted to know since strings into RDS apparently don't work. Also, AOP's strings have to much startup allowing the opponent to recover.
I do d1+2 to go into AOP and then b3+4 to RDS and then RDS 1,4 as a filler, you can just go straight into b3+4 but she goes off axis a bit, so doing it this way makes her stay on the spot.

I've been experimenting with this for some time now, and sadly, no she does not. There are some minor instances of it however. Like for example this panda/ling wall combo: W! panda f,f+3+4,1+2 ling f,f+1~d (which hits before panda's second hit), then AoP 2,1.
It's also possible, when Ling fills a TA, to do iWR3 into AoP moves, but I haven't really found a good use for it yet. Might be good with Paul as he can end with DF? Just throwing this out there, haven't tried it: TA! iWR3 AoP 2,1 Paul DF.
I was hoping for ss+3 into AoP in combos, but I haven't found anything yet.
stance canceling during TA like d+1+2 AOP b+3+4 RDS 1,4 just like fergus said you only move to the right a bit whereas if you b+3+4 you move to the right a bit more.

Oh wow, didn't realize going from AOP > RDS decreased her RDS sidestep. That's very useful to know thanks Also, I love RDS 1,4.

Yeah, glad to know I wasn't going crazy. I tried ss+3 > AOP myself and didn't get anything either. Also,it seems like f,f+2,1~b has potential.
