Uf1+2, d1+2 is the highest consistent post TA ender...along with HBS b1+2,1+2 as best TA for dmg.

best dmg combo for bears without wall is...
ch hbs d1+2, hbs df2~5 (df3,2~5) HBS b+1+2,1+2 (uf1+2, d1+2)...124 dmg.

Also in practice uf 1+2 is an infinite lol...but not in gameplay.

After a sit+1, you can do a FC 1,1,2 for 43 damage.

Pretty nice for a mix-up. Anything else you can do after a Sit+1 besides that combo?

you can crouch cancel into d/b+3, d/f+2, d/f+2,1

I cant get the crouch cancel done. Like when do you input u? Do you guys tap u immediately after you've input the db4. Or do you guys tap it once. Or do you guys tap it once/mash it multiple times after the move's over or after a certain motion???


I can't connect d/b 4 with d/f 4 please guys help me. I've watched videos. But WHEN and HOW do you cancel it?

This is like the only combo i cant get done so help a brother out haha

Most difficult combo for the bears IMO. I still cannot land it consistently. Maybe 3 out of 20 attempts at best.
Just keep trying to get it.

The CC is just before you recover from the sweep.

Correct Notation to that combo:

Db4, cc, df4, f1, ff~db12, uf43, df1+2

when pressing ff~db12
u should do the FASTEST DASH orTIGHT DASH as possible then instantly do db12

it is almost connected with each other
almost a 1 move connected to each other

F,F,DB 12

gets

no more waiting after ff

just do it ffdb12

so fast


FOR practice purposes to get it correctly

just do it 1st in practice mode

use kuma and try to punish kuma's ff2 with ffdb12
if u can do it consistently u can also do it with db4 juggle

hoping that i help kuma/panda user
by revealing my secrets regarding db4 combos

Is there a trick to doing this combo? It doesn't seem consistent. I've seen Koreans do it all of the time though...lol

d/b +4, ss up cancel, d/f +4, dash x2, 1, d/b 1,2 b!

I'm having a tough time doing the dash to get the jab in. I am doing something wrong? Should I just be holding forward instead of dashing?

I put the dash before the bound, and not before the jab. Like this:

d/b+4, cc d/f+4, f+1 mini dash d/b+1,2 b!

You can do ff1 -> db 1,2

But if you do f1 ->ffdb1,2 why would you need to input ff before the db 1,2? I mean that's 3 dashes instead of 2. Is it possible to do f1 -> f db 1,2 instead?

No, that's not 3 dashes. f+1 is the bear 10f jab, not a dash jab. The only dash involved is the one before d/b+1,2, simply imputing f once doesn't equal a dash.

Edit: Also, the f+1 jab can/should be inputed asap after d/f+4.

Aah, right that makes sence. But how is ff d/b 1,2 easier then ff1, d/b 1/2 seems equal if you ask me??

Well I just had better luck with that method. The jab never whiffs because it's inputed as soon as possible, and I find it easier to time the dash after a jab rather than d/f+4.

unseeable? 20+ frames start up, is rather slow. Plus look at bryan/michimas/anna/king who all have fairly easy TA! from even better lows

It's two frames slower than DJ's d/b+2, and one frame slower than hei's d/b+2. It's extremely hard to react to, if even possible in a match scenario.

Ok so BHS far from unsee-able...I block most bears sweeps an easy 8/10...when fighting a bear its one of the moves your opponent should watch for.

I just figured out where the true difficulty is with this combo imo.
You have to buffer the jab into the f1 animation...so while doing the f1 you tap ff...what you want to see is the bar jump forward...if you try and do ff after f1 its too slow and if you do it too soon then you get nothing.

I also found that it is easier to do on stick because of the stick automatically going to neutral after the f1. On pad I had to hit f1 as quickly and precisely as possible so that I t registered only 1 f input then quickly buffer the ff...hitting the db 1 fast and accurate enough was also difficult.

My suggestion for practice is to do this combo...uf3, f1, f1, f1, btp..

I think I might make a vid tonight to help explain it better

Once you get this combo you can play with it even more and do stuff like bhs cc df4 f1 ff b2,1,1+2.
