Err, are you serious? It does combo on depending on character size. I've done CH d/f+1,2,1, d/f+1, b+3,2,2 on medium to bigs.

I looked through the thread and didn't find any info on it.

It looks like a good whiff punisher.

AFAIK it's i19 and -2 on block. Not shabby for a homing move, hits high though. Use it when the wall is on Jack's right side for a side wall splat then follow up with ff+1 B! ff+1+2,2.
