I think 'hcf' should be f,N,d,d/f.

Currently known damage alterations from Vanilla to FR (Thanks, @Jozie_Rizal_bot via twitter)

(d+3+4) 2WK 20→24
(u/f+3+4) 9WK 35→34
(f+2,4) 6RP,RK 33→32
(d+4) 2RK 9→8

Why is it so hard to find Josie's frame data?

Not here: (whole page not found)
http://www.avoidingthepuddle.com/tekken-7-frame-data/

Not here:
http://rbnorway.org/t7-frame-data/

Can't read Japanese and google translate doesn't help me find it on ina tekken.

Where's her Frame data?

All I wanted was to know what's u/f+3 on block, but then I can't even find any other frame data.

Edit: Finally found it on inatekken
http://seesaawiki.jp/w/inatekken/d/...%cd%ad%b5%bbTFR

u/f+3 aka "Butterfly Edge" is -7 on block and about 28 frames. Why is Bryan's faster and -3~-5 on block? Sometimes the balancing makes no sense.

I meant, bryan's orbital heel u/f+4. It's the same move as Josie's u/f+3, but just straight up better.

NC, but punishable on block. Can't remember if f+4>3 is possible or not. Will check.

Well - as opposed to Bryan - she does have a standard u/f+4, as well as a very nice (block punish issues aside) d/f+2 (launches crouchers), so there's that, I guess...

Alley-Oop is also correct in that hers is better at evading attacks. It reaches lower to the ground, too. It won't hit grounded, but I can't think of any attack that will go under it. Unfortunately, like Yoshi's u+3+4_u/f+3+4, a number of attacks will shoot right past it unharmed while she's still in mid-air.

What gets me is how her orbital compares to Lars'. About as high, not as fast, about as bad on block, and only 40% the reach...

How much are yall using d/f+4~stance mix-ups?
It has a huge gap after the d/f+4, but I've been using b+4, 3 to cover for that. b+4 and d/f+4 look almost identical, but b+4 has the uninterruptable 3 follow-up.
Makes it a 33:33:33 mix.

Isn't df4~f, WS4 uninterruptible?

!?!?!? Dunno !?!?!?
If that is uninterruptable then that's awesome! That means she gets a free mixup of CD~ws4 and CD+3 everytime they block a d/f+4. That seems way too good.
Gonna lab that hard tomorrow.

No way. Jabs interrupt and even more scary, 11 frame standing 4 interrupts. I've found a couple options to beat the standing 4 after df+4. All with risk. You can do:

df+4 SWS 1
df+4 SWS 3 (this will trade slightly in your favor)
df+4 then do the full crouch dash animation and it will go under the standing 4

If anyone had something better, I'd like to hear about it.

Seeing a lot of Josie combos here, but not a lot of Josie strategies.

Josie seems really weak against step. Both directions, but especially her left. None of her fast moves seem to track at all which leaves you to hard read steps with homing moves. But step guarding beats that as well except for 3+4 because it's fast, but that's a high of course. Wish she had a quick mid that tracks to at least one side... More lab work tonight to see if I find any solutions.

0 and 1. Even getting SWS mixups stepped pretty easily. I hope I'm just doing something wrong and that this character has an answer for this.

Hmmm.... good question.
At that range I'm usually just trying to open up space to range 2+. So I just do a lot of:
3.
d+1~ws+4.
2, d+4.
Basic throws.
I wonder if f+3 has any tracking. Usually knee attacks do. But it's kind of slow....

I'm getting absolutely slaughtered with Josie. I literally can't do shit. I'm losing to the scrubbiest of scrub lords who just press buttons. If it's a decent player that actually use their brain, I can actually break them down and win. The button mashing dumbasses are the ones who are killing me though. These are people who I would never lose to with my main (Law). Idk what it is about Josie. I'm just clueless with her. Particularly in the neutral. And when people are rushing me down, it's over. Might as well just wrap it up there. Doesn't matter how much life I have. I just get mixed/okied to death. Even when I'm standing I have no idea how to deal with the pressure. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
