Hey guys just watched EBM at a Seattle Monthly tournament stream and it made be want to make a post.


First, in my experience, I find that the hitbox on uf+1+2 has be reduced quite a bit.

I used to do launch, df+1, df+1,1, df+1,1 W!, f,f, uf+1+2 B!

...and it would hit every time, no matter what. The uf+1+2 even would hit low wall if I did it too late. Now, though, in TTT2, the uf+1+2 will often miss! What should I be doing instead now in TTT2?


Second, I took note of an interesting combo:

Eddy launch, b+1, b+3,3~Tag, Christie 1+2+Tag, etc.

Since the Neg 2,4 from Eddy always seems to miss, a ~Tag into Christie and a Universal Tag Assault was a neat idea from EBM. Again, uf+1+2 has has its hitbox reduced, so I am not sure it would hit in that combo.


WS+1,3~Tag, Capo d+3~3~Tag, Capo b+3,3 etc.

Just a neat combo I took note of that EBM also did. Flips the opponent over to properly get a real wall combo, or possibly wallbreak!

Some more Christie/Zafina combos from me just foolin around.

ff+4, HSP 2, ws 1,3~5, 1+2~5 TA! uf+3+4, ff+3+4 92 dmg
CH b+1,4,3+4, RLX 2,4~5 TA! MNT d+3,1, MNT d+1,4, uf+3+4 118 dmg
CH b+1,4,3+4, RLX 2,3, b+3,3~5 1+2~5 TA! uf+3+4, ff+3+4 133 dmg Getting that 1+2 to bound with Zaf requires some pretty precise timing.
Too late, they're too far away. Too early, they haven't fallen within range yet. Gotta be just right. Their body size might also be a factor.

ss+2,4 W! HSP 1 TA! 3~db, df+1,2,1, uf+3+4 105 dmg.

My Christie wall combo is Christie uf+4 W! uf+1+2 TA! Steve QCF+1,b, FLR 1,1,1,2, Christie uf+3+4

And Steve QCF+1,b W!, 3,1,1 W!, f+2,1,b, FLR db,N,1,2 TA! Christie 3,4, Steve f,f, 3,1,1

What's the combo that you do after a launcher that leaves the opponent with the head toward you, like after b33 or ws13 or after the likes of ws3~5 of asuka, that doesn't involve the tag assault?

I do L!~5 eddy b14 to bound immediately but then i don't know what to do cause the opponent is too far away.

you can use d+3~3 to flip em after ws+1,3~5_b+3,3~5. Then 2,4 B! into the regular combo. ws+1,3~5, d+3~3~5, dash b+3,3, 2,4 B! also works but is pretty hard.

Looks like i got it, i'm doing 84 dmg with b33~5 d3~3 rlx24 b! b~f rlx2f3. Still for me not that easy to do it in a match.

So, I was trying to mess around with tag assault fillers after b33~5 uf1+2~5 b! but for some reason i can't call the second character in after the bound. It is me or the position of the opponent doesn't allow that?

If the other character is still on the screen, it won't do the B! switch. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, it'd be strict timing to get the B! TA combo everytime.

Instead of b33~5 uf1+2~5 b! do b33~5 f+4~5 B!

Yeah i know, i do b14 to bound if i want to do the tag assault, i was just curious to know why on the earth uf1+2 didn't allow me to tag! It's the first time i see something like that, now i know why.

Don't know if this is old news, but Bruce/Christie can get a red-life combo from his hopekick without using tag assaults.

u/f+4, b+1+2~5, b+33, RLX 2,4 B! into whatever
u/f+4, b+1+2~5, b+33~5, Bruce wall carry into splat for monster damage

Only downside is that from max Bruce u/f+4 range I think she's out of range for pickup but the potential is stupid good for that duo.

ss3+4~d, ws+1,3~5 f+1+2, df4 MTS f+1 B! ss+4~3 CD 3+4 3+4

^^only connects with the Capo wheel kicks going into the FOREGROUND but good damage also.

Just updated the combo database few days ago. Most of the newer combos are for other teams I'm temporarily using, to get better understanding of the game. But I hope people find this combo list useful.

Sorry man, that doesnt work. b+33~5 db+2,1 works, and b+33~5 shoulder works. If you try b+33~5 db+2,1 into shoulder, they can tech the last hit.

It may be height/axis dependent. For example, b+3,3~5 Hwo df+3,f+4 works on King and Marduk but only sometimes, depending on when you hit the second hit of b+3,3 (how high the opponent is up on the wall). Whereas b+3,3~5 Hwo df+1+2 is always guaranteed.

Writing this down before I forget, I need to test it out then I'll report on the exact combo/reset/options.

This might be a weird reset, I have to test out the properties but it'll do like low 100's dmg.

qcf+3, b+3,3, 2, 4 B! (f3+4) wait a tiny sec and then qcf+3, b+3,3,2 etc.

The reason you wait is so that it doesn't become a combo but a reset.

Yeah I think I was messing around with that... I wonder if B! HSP f+3+4 (not delayed, part of the juggle) b+3_qcf+3 resets or not... that would work with the RLX f+3+4 but the HSP f+3+4 seems to have worse recovery...

Eddy and True Ogre gets from Waning Moon 120 damage!

WM, dash d44~5 uf1+2 TA! hcf2:1+2 eddy dash b33 (little dash)~5 Ogre2 hcf2:1+2.

the timing with the last attack is not that easy so i prefer wm, dash d44 eddy b33 ogre df32 TA! eddy dash ss43 Ogre2 fly121+2 which does 110 damage with better wall carry.

110 or 120 from throw is kinda stupid lol

eddy+ganryu death combo from center stage. this is so damn HARD specially the hcf2 at the end. but it's doable and deals 182dmg, so it's definetely a death combo. the easier way (instead of ws4 hcf2, do d1+2 b212121221212) does 175 dmg when all palms hit, and it's A LOT EASIER. i think ganryu is the most damaging guy you can tag chreddy with.

That's an amazing find ghirlanda. I've never seen a Ganryu / Eddy team. Do you have more combos you can post of them?

Edit: I have some:

Ganryu ff+1+2~5 Eddy b+3,3~5 Ganryu b+4,1 B! Eddy SS uf+3+4, Ganryu iWR 1+2

Ganryu df+2, b+4,1 B! Eddy wait 3,4, Ganryu uf+1+2~d~CC df+4,1,2

Ganryu b+1+2 W!, backdash 1,2 reW! 2,1,2 B! Eddy 3,4, Ganryu hcf+2 (hit low wall hit) 100 damage

Here's a beautiful simple FAR Wall Carry combo for double capos.

Capo launch, df1, b3~3, 2, 4 B1 [wait 2 seconds until the opponent is back on the floor, then do b3~3] f,f 1,2 w! b3~3~5, df2
