Raven / Yoshi Combo I've been messing with, bit inconsistent though and mainly for flash =P

Yoshi leads:

d/f2,2, f1+2 TA! (Raven: b3+4, SDW 3+4) [dash back just a little], qcf+1. Nets around 81-91 damage depends on how many hits you get off qcf+1and that is largely dependant on timing.

Playing Raven/Jinpachi I found an interesting reset, though it's very difficult. With enough practice it might become part of my game, but for now it's combo video material.

Raven: BT uf+4, ff+3, 1, b+1~5, (Jinpachi) df+1,2 (Raven) fff : b+3+4, 3+4

If you time it right, the opponent barely touches the ground before being picked back up with the BT 3+4. At this point damage scaling is reset, and carry speed is also reset! However, you can not bound again. Continue your combos with what ever you please.
Signature I suck at tekken, but tacos are a mexican food.
Valei: "Mcstandard + 2x Spicy chicken patty + 2x McFish + 2x Bacon + Frys inbetween layers : Mustard, Ketchup, tarter sauce, BBQ. This combo will drain your life bar with one lunch."

I really like the string f,f+3, d/b+2, SDW 2, SDW 3+4. Getting a B! after is tough, but I like it more when used in a tag combo, letting the partner worry about B! This string is more reliable than f,f+3, d/b+2, SDW b+2,3, IMO.

What irritates me is that he can't seem to extend past it with f,f+3, b+4,4. When opening with 3~4, SDW b+2,3, you can follow up with f,f+3, b+4,4. It's the same number of hits as f,f+3 opener, but you have to do something lame like dash~u/b+1,2 instead of knee > b+4,4.

I thought Harada said he was gonna address the hitbox of b+4,4 / SDW f+2,3 bound moves. Ah well.

Easy non-TA juggle off f,f+3:

f,f+3, f,f+3, b+4,4, BT (have to move in slightly) 3+4, f,f+3, f+2,3

80 damage, no muss, no fuss, nothing at all complicated.

Elite Tip #4,295 - Before a match, I look at my opponent and think, "Man, I wish that was a hot chick with nice boobs", then I begin to think about what I had for breakfast that morning, what I'm going to watch on TV that night, and at some point, I start to pay attention to the match. Usually about three rounds in.

LOl I wrote this long post and it did not post

Dang..
I have played Raven since 5. This iteration has its own pros and cons. Here are some combos. All Solo & without a wall: "Please note; I have only listed combos that maximize damage potential for each respective launcher."

qcf+4, sdw b+2, sdw 3+4, b+3+4 (Back into sdw), sdw 3+4, ff (Dash forward), b+1 (B!) ff+3, [f+2,3 (80) or ff+4 (78)] Lands after d/f+2 as well. Note that any time you input sdw b+2, sdw 3+4 v.s sdw b+2~3 the character floats on the same point on the z axis (if there were x, y, and z) in contrast if you input the b+2~3 the character gradually floats negatively on the z axis (in other words the character floats towards the screen) this changes the hit box of the character mid combo and where the character splats if there is a wall.

4~3, sdw b+2~3, b+3+4 (Back into sdw), sdw 3+4, ff (Dash forward), b+1 (B!) ff+3, [f+2,3 (97) or ff+4 (95)] The key to this combo is the second sdw 3+4 (the timing is prohibitively strict)

sdw d+3, ssl ff+4, d/b 2,1, b+1(B!), ff+3, ff+3, [f+2,3 (83) or ff+4 (81)] from Tekken 6.. I have not found something more damaging from this launcher (solo) But..
In Tag 2 the following works for similar damage and would be more tag friendly:
sdw d+3, ssl b+3+4 (Immediately switch to sdw), sdw b+2~3, ff+3,1, b+1 (B!), ff+3, f+2,3 (83)
sdw d+3, ssr b+3+4 (Immediately switch to sdw), sdw b+2~3, b+3+4 (Back into sdw), sdw 3+4, ff (Dash forward), b+1 (B!) ff+3, ff+4 (82)

ff+3, ssl d/b+2 (into sdw), sdw 1, ff+3, 1, b+1 (B!), ff+3, f+2,3 (80) from tekken 6.. I have a much more TAG assist friendly combo but it has strict timing solo:
ff+3, ssl d/b+2 (into sdw), sdw 2, sdw 3+4, ff+3, ff+3, [f+2,3 (79) or ff+4 (78)] without Bound.

qcf+2, d/b+2,1, b+4,4, sdw (dash towards opponent backwards) 3+4, ff+2 (52)

CH 4~1, sdw 2, sdw 3+4, ff (Dash forward), b+1 (B!) ff+3, ff+4 (75)
3+4, Haze CH 3, sdw b+2~3, b+3+4 (Back into sdw), sdw 3+4, ff (Dash forward), b+1 (B!) ff+3, [f+2,3 (86) or ff+4 (84)]

Most damaging TA as Raven is:
ssl b+2,2,3 if (B!~5) happens with in 4 hits
ssl b+1+2,3 if (B!~5) happens with in 5-7 hits. It also lands with in 4 hits.

All combos can be ~5 at the last sdw 3+4 for (Non Tag Assault/Manual Tag) finish...
Example: qcf+4, sdw b+2, 3+4, b+3+4 (Back into sdw), sdw 3+4~5
Or: ff+3, ssl d/b+2 (into sdw), sdw 2, sdw 3+4~5

I am pairing Raven with Lars whom I have never used before tag.. But since my original post did not get submitted as intended I will save his share of things until I can muster the mood to do this again.

I will continue to update this post as I home brew some new staples..

Ash out.

I recently picked up Raven. Was just wondering if all his T6 solo combos still work in TTT2?

The combos that (B!) very late do not land in tag 2

sdw d+3, f,f+4, 1, b+1 b! ssl f,f+3, 1, f,f+3, 1, f,f+4 does (80)

I updated my original post.
The combos I list are combos that I came up with on my own.. as far as the combos off sdw d+3 go, my staple in tekken 6 was:
sdw d+3, ssl ff+4, db+2,1, b+1 (B!), ff+3, ff+3, f+2, 3 (83) which still works in tag

In tag this is what I have found so far:
sdw d+3, ssl b+3+4 (Immediately switch to sdw), sdw b+2~3, ff+3,1, b+1 (B!), ff+3, f+2,3 (83)

sdw d+3, ssr b+3+4 (Immediately switch to sdw), sdw b+2~3, b+3+4 (Back into sdw), sdw 3+4, ff (Dash forward), b+1 (B!) ff+3, ff+4 (82)

My Raven/Zafina juggles:
Kinda old log. Maybe i can add more. I've switched to Raven-Wang from some time.

ws1:
b+1 B! ssl, ff+3, 1, ff+3, 1, ff+3, f+2,3 = 74
(zafina in) 1, uf+1, f+2,3 SCR 3+4 B!(Raven in) b+2,4 (zafina in) ff+3+4 = 74/75

CH ws+2:
df+2,3, ff+3, 1, b+1 B! ff+3, f+2,3 = 88
df+2,3, ff+3, 1, b+1 B! (zafina in) db+4,2 (raven in) fff+3 = 93

qcf+4:
sdw 3+4 (zafina in) ff+3 B! (raven in) b+2,2,3 (zafina in) ff+3+4 = 77 very simple

df+2:
idem as above (+1 dmg)

qcf+2:
db+2,1, ub+1,2 B! (zafina in) db+4,2 (raven in) qcf+1+2 = 56
i can improve this one getting up to 61; gotta remember, tho'.

CH 4,1:
sdw 2, sdw 3+4 (zafina in) ff+3 B! (raven in) b+2,4 (zafina in) ff+3+4 = 79
sdw 2, sdw f+2,3 B! (zafina in) db+4,2 (raven in) b+2,4 = 74
2nd option preferable since it carries directly to the wall in some stages.

4-3:
(zafina in) 1, uf+1, f+2,3 SCR 3+4 B!(Raven in) b+2,4 (zafina in) ff+3+4 = 77

(zafina in) 1, uf+1, f+2,3 SCR 3+4 B!(Raven in) b+2,4 (zafina in) ff+3+4 = 83/84 damage depends on the hitting of one or both hits of zafina's ff+3+4

I've been experimenting with CH d/f+3, qcf+3~5 which leads to standard juggle options with Bruce (e.g. Raven CH d/f+3, qcf+3~5, Bruce d/f+4~MTS f+1, B!, 3,2~f,1, 3,2~f,2 or Raven CH d/f+3, qcf+3~5, Bruce 3,2~f,1, 3,2~f,1, f+2,4 for carry) and just curious if anyone has tried implementing it.

Also while trying to find decent damage with WB!/TA! u+3,d+3,3 I see that TA!, u+3,d+3~D will not only keep Raven in a ki charge state (which usually doesn't work properly as a manual ki charge will often end the TA! with that character remaining on point) but also allow for a low hitting follow-up to still land. So for instance I can do W!, Bruce d+3+4, TA!, Raven u+3,d+3~D, Bruce d/b+2,1,4.

So this obviously leads to the question, "what options would be good on in bound ki Raven?" Off the top of my head the usual suspects:
CH d/f+3 (high crush/launcher)
CH 3,3,4 (fast i14/easy hit confirm)
CH d/b+4 (high crush/guaranteed follow-up)

Then I started thinking a little more out of the box:
CH 4,1 (really fast i12/small combo on hit, possibly full combo)
CH u+3,3 (Low crush/Mondo damage/KND/W!)

But that's about all that immediately comes to mind, so my question is, "if you had a ki charged Raven, what would you be using?"

why go for setups when you got such a beefy combo in d+3+4~5 B!, raven u+3,d+3,3, bruce b+2, db+2,1,4?

I actually didn't even think of WS+2. Good call.

I figured that combo out but in long combos there's a shit ton of push back for seemingly no reason, specifically on the b+2. In almost every case where I tested the TA!, it was just way too inconsistent for my liking. Also the plan wouldn't be to always bring Raven out ki charged, just an option for those clutch moments where the opponent wouldn't expect it as there's almost no discernible animation on Raven as he's in the back and does his d+1+2 animation instead of the generic 1+2+3+4 animation.

Agree. And if they block ws+2 remember it's -9 so try utsusemi expecting a quick strikeback. You will fall back and still have ki charge.

utsusemi as in b+2+4 lol
i like the idea of risky 50/50 because the only time you would risk doing the ki-charge is when you're on low health hoping that you can guess right; or you can intimidate (cause hesitation) the opponent with the possibility of using the whole string of b+2,2 but stop at b+2,2; and do f+4,3 which does really good damage.

to be honest i would feel rather uncomfortable trying to throw out the FC df+3+4 because you can't combo against the wall...

QCF+2

What works on Bigs? Marduck, Jack ect? regular DB2,2 or UB1+2 doesn't connect after the QCF+2 hits.
