Recently Michael 'MYK' Kwon has been diagnosed with dangerouse skin disease, and is left with huge medical bill. To help MYK, Level Up Your Game has started a donation drive and you can see the details below.
Today we have one of Level Up Your Game’s very own, Michael “MYK” Kwon, calling out for the support of the community. MYK has been diagnosed with a dangerous skin disease that required him to be transported to the ER.
With the many years of hard work and dedication he has shown to the community we are starting this donation drive to help him in this difficult time with the goal of raising $3100.
For those who's not familiar with MYK. To my knowledge MYK has been competiting in Tekken and contributing to the community since the T5DR days. One of his earliest achievements when he was qualified for SBO 2007. He wrote guides and other Tekken related articles such as his DR Steve guide, T6.0 Char Ranking, Understanding Frame Data, and numerous articles at his site IAMTEKKEN. Then he started his MYK's Tekken Time podcast, later on he paired up with Aris and started AvoidingThePuddle podcasts. Perhaps today he is most well known for his contribution in the Level Up Your Game web series. A web show, famous for teaching people how to play Tekken characters in great detail.
But he doesn't just teach Tekken, he plays it at high level(video is NSFW).
