at 1:50 , he does 100% death combo twice wit hwaorang. who else character can he do 100% wit?

we all know QCB+2,4 is now a bound move but from some videos it looks like it's also an instant bound launcher just like F+4,1, at least on CH

we are thinking that taunt +16-17 depends on range but game book says 17 from forgot the name

then we went to test it in br but couldn't do it. uf4, ssr qcf n 3 then the second one im having trouble trying to duck.

When does b,d/f+4 give you the opportunity to start juggle with say f+3 anyone know?
