CH db+4 and df+2 still joggles! uf+3 still look the same...when un-expected still hard to punish...up to this point still i cant see any changes....my concern was rumor said f+1+2 is launch punish so that was the first thing i tested...and i was surprised that Nina/Anna's df1,2 a i13 frame cant even punish it!
other thing tested:
rumor said that all hoop kicks are -14 still not true Lili's uf+3 is just -13
Lee's ws+2,3 is launch punish -16 and Heihachi's db+2 from -15 with slite pushback to -16 no pushback
ogre winning moon +13 no more tag joggle after!
Devil Jin B+4 no longer Knocks down and no more wall splat
Leo's B+4,1+2 no more pushback but from -14 to -8 or -9

It's -14. I've had it punished by Nina f+3 (i14) and Asuka uf+2 (i14). Test it again. Block it and mash the hell out of Nina f+3.

What is the change about his CH d/f+2? This move is already -10 in TTT2, but the damage is still godlike in original TTT2.
I will probably abuse f,f+1+2 for CH now...

df+2 (normal hit) is only +2 on hit now instead of +4. CH df+2 is still the same.

No, not really. Everyone already knows how to play against Lars. It's basically just block and wait for the launch punishable lows. That's how it's been since BR.
As for TA fillers, there's b+3,4 (iirc) and f,f+2~SE 3 (or SE1 I guess?). At the wall, I believe it's 1+2~b, f+4,1,2,1. Not sure what else though, I've only spent like 8-9 hours with the game max.
What would his strongest 'ender' be in a combo?
-d/b 2~f SE1
-fff 1+2 (iSW) unaffected by scaling
-DE1:2 (Just Frame) might suffer from scaling due to an extra hit...so is it worth it?
-or any other?
And how difficult is his just frame to perform?
(I would've tested this myself but t.v's broken :'( )
