Seems like WS 4 no longer hits grounded opponents, like after a spike attack (maybe??)

d+3 - Less tracking
4,4,3 - Damage raise
ff+4 - I tried to translate it literally: While dashing, even if the opponent is backturned you can use the move. Im confused about this one.
WS4,4 - First kick longer hits grounded opponents, Second kick properties on hit changed.
RFF 4,3 - Damage Raise
RFF 2,4,3 - Damage Raise
RFS b+3 - Damage change, Properties changed when connected on aerial opponent.
LFS 1+4 - Less tracking, Less damage, Opponents reaction on hit changed, Changed properties when connecting on aerial opponent.

All self translated, so something might be wrong.

is it just me or are all of these "buffs" useless? The only thing im actually wondering about is what it means by kick properties changed on the second kick of WS4,4.. maybe more frames on hit or something? Other than that i dont see any of these improving him at all.

Can't believe this wasn't noticed before.

LFF f+1+2 has a different animation on CH.
F+1+2 CH animation change
(for some reason i can't seem to embed or directly link to that time....anyways)

Seems ya have to dash in and execute a 4,4,3 to juggle the opponent.

This change was already in TTT2 final build. The beta TTT2 Build had the T6 CH animation.

my biggest gripe was being helpless to blocked scrub kicks. AKA get-up 4
especially when many characters.. get sick 12f knd punishers, and you get nothing

To play Japanese sticks "properly", you have to be partly or full Asian. Yes, I know. Blood Hawk and Fab do not have any Asian in them.
BUT, both of them are frequently in some Asians. Therefore, they can both play stick well.
Now you know the secret of being a good stick player.

LFF 4 is overpowered, now, to be able to punish those moves. Hwoarang def. needed a replacement for T5 b+4 which was i13, long and tracking. Keep the range on the new 4 but make it i13 and I won't feel so guilty. Request input LFF 4~f to end in RFF, too.

If it was "magic" it'd be over-powered.
Its a great new buff that was badly needed.

I'd say a more likely input would be LFF 4,4~f which would go into RFS.

It's not magic but it's also the only move that hits that far that fast. i11 for practically the same range as LFF f+4? That's a bit too much. Hwoarang can punish moves nobody else can like the Kazuya example above.

Correction on my earlier post:

Make LFF 4 i13, tracking like T5 LFF b+4 and I'm ok with keeping the range.
