In this episode of Level Up Your Game we cover Heihachi and Kuma. At this early stage Heihachi seems to be a pretty strong character and Kuma who seems like a joke character in this game shows some potential.

Capcom trying to outdo Namco when it comes to combo length?

On a more serious note, I'm definitely trying Heihachi out first, dude looks too good to ignore.

I laughed hard at Kuma's wittle bitty legs. The girl in the background jumping up and down with the short shorts was too cute too. Good epidode.

Capcom's had longer combos for quite some time... Marvel vs Crapcom series ring any bells?

I'm new to the game but i find that the best way to win is to use f+3 then keep on using 3+4, f+1+2 until there dead.

I think Marvel Super Heroes VS Street Fighter was the best one of the VS games, personally. They saw how you could get infinites in X-Men VS SF and they nerfed the hell out of the combo system to the point where it was real, honest fighting, as they say. Marvel VS Capcom 1 brought back all the infinites and huge combos. MSHVSF did have good combos, but you could not just get hit by one launch and you throw up your hands and say "gg" like it seems to be in Ultimite Marvel v Capcom 3 with 159 hit combos with X Factor and all that crap.

We're learning that longer combos do not equal damage in this game. Single character combo to super seems to be the best option for damage with meter. Single character combo to cross art for dmg + lose their red health. Lately Ive been experimenting with doing long combos just to go for the timeouts haha
