Ok, after some more games...

df4,1 tracks to ganny's right. seems like a good poke, not sure if it df4,1 jails, no-one ducked it yet.
CH b1 df1,4,1. It seems that now, and additional df4,1 can be blocked, or I'm just slow.
f2 is a decent whiff punishing mid. I use it when they whiff lows where f1+2 would miss.

Nothing much has changed really from initial perspective. ff3 has shorter range than what it might look like. Ganny TA's are great btw, both as point char and assist char.

Got some games in with Ganny. New b+2,1 is the truth. Gives opponents a good reason not to duck f,f+1+2 and f+2~1. f,f+3 is also really good on oki, esp. on close BT knockdowns like throws and (b+2,1,)2. Gets people to start rolling backwards so you can get OBT 1+2,1+2 launch or OBT d+1+2.

Assrape doesn't seem to have anything free afterwards anymore, seems like it pushes too far out now.

Unblockable has hella range now. I was using slamdown, 1+2~d/b+1+2 to catch tag ins all day.

Combos I'm using launch, d/f+1+2,1 b+4,1 B! deep dash d/f+4,1,2. May be character dependent off of f,f+1+2 though. His best TA is d/f+4,1,2 as it gives decent damage and big wall carry + popup. I also was messing with f+3+4, depending on the combo it can pop over behind him and get a sandwich type combo. At the wall you can TA him in and HHS, not everyone can follow up though. Other moves I want to test out for TA are f,f+4; u/f+1+2; HCF+1; b+1,1,1; b,f+2. I'm guessing d/f+4,1,2 is overall the best but the others might have some use in shorter carry juggles or oki setups.

Probably going to play some games at Super in the next few weeks.

Can anyony tell me if THROW ESCAPE WINDOW(?) IS LARGER compared to T6? In T6 the player has to escape throws as soon as the opponent connects with a throw ~ But in games like TTT you get more time to escape throws!!!

I'm not sure about throw frames, they feel about the same IMO.

You might want to try asking in the general discussion forum.

I don't think you'll find anyone who disagrees there. Wish it was b+3,2,1. He has a lot of unused kick commands that aren't doing anything, why take a good move away?

Some more notes

- b21 is really good, but I wouldn't abuse it against characters that have a punch parry or a counter that you can't chicken, as the second hit can easily be countered/parried on block. Still a good move, just something to note.

- Like Brahma said, BT d1+2 does not seem to give anything free anymore. I used to use ff1+2, but it seems easily avoidable. I've had opponents tag out after getting hit by it to avoid getting hit as well.

- Ganryu can do the generic tag dive, but I don't know the exact command. There were times I wanted to do the tag dive and got his running 1+2 (the double hand push), and vise versa. Footage of me doing it here (with awesome commentary by Aris and digitaldevil4gk): http://www.twitch.tv/leveluplive2/b/302892944 (fast foward to the 1:11:50 mark)

- ws+2~5 is amazing. Will crush mids randomly like how it used to in DR/5.0. Definitely worth abusing.

- I really, REALLY hate the new uf2 string. Just my whining.

tried this combo earlier with Ganny /Jack:

Jack ff+2~5, Ganny ws+2~5, Jack 2, ff+1~5 B! TA Ganny dash-in df+4,1,2, Jack ff+1+2, 2 for a good chunk of damage.

still experimenting with Ganny's other tag launchers too.

double post

edit: Might as well use this double post to point out that CH ws+2 doesn't launch high anymore. As seen at 11.15 in that vid I posted.

Yoshi & Ganryu Juggles:
Flash, d+2,2,d+1 df+4,1,2 dash b+2,1
d/f+2, b+4,1 b+2,1~KIN f+2 fff+1+2
ff+1+2, d/f+1+2,2, b+4,1 b+2,1 dash f+2 (probably some better ender available.
Generally if Yoshi launches, Ganny can come in and do df+4,1,2 then Yoshi ends with dash b+2,1 or d+2,2 for different wall carry distant.

Idk if it's worth starting a TTT2U thread or what, but all I've heard was

d/f+1 more damage
b+1+2 more damage
ff+1+2 can now be tagged
ws+2 more damage
u/f+2,1+2 seems now to be NC and more punishable on block

HOWEVER this at 00:51....

D+1 doesn't knockdown anymore?!

Can anybody confirm if d+1, 2 is a NC now or something? If not, this a hell of a nerf in my opinion.

You could start a TTTU2 thread but there isn't a lot of info yet.

d1 has been like this since TTT2. And d12 is a NCC.

I think I've seen ff1+2 being tagged earlier than TTTU2....?

It has? I didn't even notice it when I played TTT2, mainly because I mostly use d+1 for grounded followups.
It's not a huge deal, since he has quicker mids that actually launch to use in place off, but it's nice to have a mid that hits grounded andgives g'teed knockdown.

I don't know why they're going the way of removing his knockdowns. Biggest thing for me is u/f+2 not knocking down anymore. The 1+2 extension is whatever. It being NC now is only good on paper because it's not safe and I didn't feel that it was hit-confirmible. So it's a lost move for me personally since u/f+2 was a big part of my game. You'll still catch steppers but it being safe was godlike.

I think ff+1+2 was taggable before only for characters that had really low pickup maybe. Now I think they're saying that it's universal. This is hella good though, to be able to get more damage off clap. Because people WILL get clapped....
