Is there a certain timing that you use to connect b12? I remember trying that combo a couple of times and the timing for b12 is really really tight.

Also depends on how u execute the second db2.

Its better than a single d2. Followed by a d1 so they dont roll away. Then maybe a ws3

I was actually also having trouble getting that combo to connect, in particular the second hit. Have been doing CH db2, d4,2,1+2 so far, but I'll definitely give these combos another shot.

What about trying CH db2, df1 B~1 B!? In terms of damage b1,2 is probably better though.

You can full combo off ff+4 in T6. ff+4, d/b+1, 1, b+1,2 B!, d+4, 2:1+2

that combo sometimes doesn't connect, the d+1 will often miss.

steves b+1 isint safe because it only auto guards high and mid, but you can cancel it and block all lows
Jaycees u/f+4,3 is launch punishable on block but if you try to punish it the 1 follow-up will hit you

Depends on the angle. If they sidestep and get hit by ff+4, then yeah, the d/b+1 will miss. It's more to catch people backdashing.
