Input window F1-2 (can hold 3 and press 4 for uf+3+4)

Opponent dark until F34 on block
Lars dark until F55 on block or whiff

i34 (second hit) 12dmg (60%)
Opponent dark until F71(-90) on hit, dark on F91, light F108
Lars dark until F75 on hit

i.e i16,-19,+15,+15

Let me just go ahead and say, this is ridiculous. I mean, it makes sense in light of his lows, which...could be better, but someone who didn't know that might think that this move was broken.

Can someone explain how to interpret what he's talking about above? (I'm not very familiar / good with frame data reading and the sort) However I do know uf+3 is broken but I'm not understanding the above...

I'm gonna quote /explain what I think I understand and I guess anyone can correct me If I'm wrong?

If Up/forward is held from Frame 0 - Frame 7, 3 Pressed on Frame 8, it will still give you the command UF+3. And it Still hits them on Frame 16.

Thats about all I understand. I think the rest is explaining how to time it so it can crush high/mid/low by manipulating the timing of 3 while holding uf?
