Hmm well I don't use it much so don't know a lot about it. Whats its block frames? Yer its not a top 10 but still useful imo for ranged tracking pressure occasionally,
U have b+2 as a top 10? It's kind of shite when not at the wall no?
What's good about b+2 is it doesn't add to Jack's hurtbox, when I just use it outside their reach and they jab/kick they get hit, but I wouldn't use it it in the open anyways unless you have +frame advantage after a jab hit for +8
Debugger is like -30 on block. You can get hit by it at the wall, quickstand and launch Jack before he recovers.
b+2 is alright. I don't use it much myself. Yeah, it gives +f, but I don't like the knockdown on hit.
My personal top 10:
-2 and 2,1: Great pokes, 2 by itself is really nice frames and 2,1 is great as a punisher and to discourage crush.
-1+2: i16 mid that tracks, is safe and gives significant advantage on hit. You just have to be careful about spacing this as it is interruptable between hits and can be crushed if the first hit isn't blocked.
-D/B+1: Fast low, safe and too much adv on hit.
-d/f+4: Solid mid poke up close.
-f,f+1: safe free damage.
-d/f+2 great whiff punisher.
-windmill: A lot of damage from a safe launcher.
-WS+1: only -12 and good range, I'll throw this out from time to time when people try to guess the D/B+1
-TS: The weirdly placed break window keeps a lot of people from breaking it.
f,f+1 is such a godlike move, on hit I will do d/b+2 couple times till I see them quickstand it, then I will mix it up with b+3,2 for a small pickup combo and then people just lay still and eat the full damage from d/b+2

3. df3,2 - NC.. wall splats.. df3 itself is safe..
4. df4 - mid poke.. quick
5. df1 - mid poke with decent damage. mixup with db1/wc db1

7. throws - all of his throws are powerful. there's a pressure throw, wall splat throw and a combo starter throw.. master all the throws and throw them out as this could be the winning move of the game..
8. 2,1 - 10f punisher, good damage and a good poking tool together with 2
9. df3+4 - 13f punisher and great damaging wall combo (after wall B! 4,df3+4)
10. debugger - though negative on block, you could throw this one occasionally

2,1 is 11f, f+2 (shit) and d+1 (shit) are his only 10f's

Best move of all of the moves that jack has.. special mention.. FF+1 (Pressure tool, common mixup with wc db1) :-) abuse it.. it's a powerful tool.. MASSIVE AND DESTRUCTIVE!!!
