Why take out the fireball when it was one of his moves in 5,0 and DR? If it wasn't there, ppl would have complained more than u are doing right now. Complaining because a Characters move is intact? Really dude? Ok then


Plus, you cant expect to see that move much in high level play. So I dont see what u are getting at. Its like u are complaining for nothing

That feature is probably for THIS BUILD, not for the real game (for people at the show that don't play fighting games).

They want people to get a feel for how the change works, and to do that, it seems they (probably) implemented the bullet time.


Well I think it's just for the AOU too. Cause if you look a the trailer, we have two examples that can prove that: at 1:37 you can see AK doing the bind, and then King continuing the combo. Just like at 1:40 where Asuka binds for Lili...all of this without the ki charge and slow motion...

I was really astonished when i first saw the gameplay videos with that slow motion and weird effect that looks so strange to me and is so not Tekken. I think it's way better to have fluent juggles both visually and technically - and I'm sure Namco won't let this intruder effect.

For Bob u/f+1+2,1+2 not being NC anymore, I agree with Sugar Roll: it seems to be delayed too long. And just like in T6, if you delay it too much it's not NC.

I'm thinking it's true because Harada says essentially while demonstrating the Alisa/Lilli tag combo that the current setup (including the low damage and such) was to show off at the event that these kinds of combos are possible, while being kind to newcomers to Tekken.

U obviously didn't understand the wole point, it's not an actual gameplay problem, of course nobody would be hit by the fuckin fireball, i just said i don't like the direction they're taking with the charachter as a whole...plus the fireball made sense with monster jinpachi, not the human one we're getting now, he used to spit it out of the mouth in his stomach, and now it just pops out of nowhere, it just bothers me as much as it bothers me seeing a gharacter with pink hair and rockets sprouting out of her ass...for some reason some of the new char seems out of place...it's not a game complain, it's a charachter complain it seemed obvious to me, your interpretation of the post was totally wrong and out of any logic and place, anyways whatever

You could do that same attack with Human Jinpachi in DR. So whats your point? Plus a character concentrating Ki and releasing it from their body in an elemental form is completely impossible, especially when it comes to Jinpachi right?


1. Human Jinpachi could always do it

2. It can have a logical explanation in terms of the character

3. Keeping the move out of his move set would have been pissed fans off. They did the right thing by keeping it in

Or he could have been hoping for a Tekken zero-esque Jinpachi instead of post-demonized Jinpachi.

Jinpachi is only in the game to satisfy fans for gameplay purposes and fan service. Not Story. He was killed in 5.0 and thats that. And no, dont tell me that DR had a Story.


Gameplay purposes and fan service = retain his move set from 5.0. Therefore the fireball is in the game

if people gonna complain about a jinpachi fireball take this into perspective...
alisa shoots rockets, devil jin shoots lasers out of his head, any character with certain item attachments can do long range attacks as well : example: bryans turret or raven's shuriken...

u people got to realize that these moves can be sidestepped or ducked...so please dont make a big deal about that anyone that shoots a fireball with jinpachi theres a way to get out of it

Jinpachi was only playable in a download version of T5DR and most likely was banned for being broken. If people played him seriously enough to miss his cheap shit for TTT2 tourny play, then that has me laughing. Namco could have very easily left stuff like that out in favor of balance. Human pachi was only an alt skin but was never shown to have those powers in gameplay because they most likely didn't exist until in demon form.

I personally don't care, but I get why the original person who commented on it would be upset.

Besides, where's your logic with the Julia debacle? Surely Julia is more popular than pachi, no?

I think it was the jarring look that the person was upset with moreso than the actual move. It's like if they added devil to the game and it was Kazuya sans wings and purple skin. He'd fly into the air and shoot a laser without appendages to do so. I get it.
