Additional things:
While standing in the middle = WS
While moving horizontaly = side step
Things to keep in mind:
1) Ini isn't confirmed so if it says a move is -13 and you can't punish with a d/f+1 don't worry because the site probably isn't correct.
2) It's not going to be all that easy to read at first so just refer to this post and work your way through it.
