Agreed, to be banned, a mod has to recommend it first or Catfish can insta-ban if he sees it himself.

Regular posters will have to provide proof which the next available mod to check the offending post/spam etc and provide their agreement before any ban will take place.

Btw Supporters/proven members and some older registered members will be given more benefit of the doubt from me if it comes down to members arguing amongst themselves and wanting intervention from us mods unless proven you are right.
