Hi. may i know why when i do these juggles.The bracket skills will not connect sometimes?Can anyone kindly tell me please?it's causing me a bit of a problem using anna ): It'll be great if someone tells me!


- df+2,uf+4,d+4,1,(df+3,1,4)
- db+3,4,4,(df+1),df+3,1,4
- qcf+1,uf+3,(2),df+1,df+3,14
- db+3,ws+2,(d+4,1),df+3,1,4

I can tell the 3rd combo.

3rd... 3 things, 1st that combo is not very consistent, IDK why but it's just how it is (even in T5.0), 2nd you probably didn't do it quickly enough. 2 after u/f+3 needs to be input as soon as possible and 3rd you're off axis (you land CH qcf+1 from a rather far range) which would make it hard to combo.

For the others, I'm not really sure because I think they're pretty consistent except the 4th. Sometimes the WS+2 whiffs if you're too close to the opponent.

I think you just need to push the buttons quickly after you land the launchers. =)

hi i got questions about CH u/f+1,3,3+4 combos

CH u/f+1,3,3+4, d+4,1, d/f+3,1,4 = 74
CH u/f+1,3,3+4, dash 1, d/f+3,1,4 = 68
CH u/f+1,3,3+4, dash d+4,1, u/f+3+4 = 64
CH u/f+1,3,3+4, dash 1, d/f+1, u/f+3+4 = 64
CH u/f+1,3,3+4, d+4,1, d/b+1 = 61
CH u/f+1,3,3+4, dash 1, d/b+1 = 55
CH u/f+1,3,3+4, f+1+2 = 55

i get only the f+1+2 55 dmg connectet
which combo is easy enough to use in battles?
and what does "dash 1" mean here?


ff+4, d+4,1, d/f+3,1,4 = 50 can't you modify this to ff+4, d+4,1, d/f+1, d/f+3,1,4 = 56 in any case? i tried with jin marduk and ling and it worked

Dash means imputing ff before the move(in this case 1) to get close to the opponent.

After uf+1,3,3+4 you have to dash before d+4,1 as well.

I've been finding myself, when I catch the opponent with already half health down on a juggle I know won't kill them, to do one of these variations for oki pressure: df+2 (or ff+3, wr+2, whatever), d/f+3,2 (or d+4,1), d/f+1, ff+3~ ssl. When I've done this, I've evaded a quick get-up attack from the opponent, allowing a free punish for a FC, or just another off-axis launch. Thought I'd chime in.

Your 1st magic 4 juggle is NOT a combo. (pick up with d+4,1) Opponent can tech. I dont think it EVER was a combo. People seem not to know this. I did like you elbow x3 combo. I like elbows.

True, and not true

Yea, I messed that combo up, but it was too late for me to go back and redo the combo....but it IS possible - I do it all the time during matches. If you're quick enough, your opponent can't tech roll it

I like your vid. I remember about us talking about the CH qcf+1, uf~n4, qcf+1, ff1, d/f+314 (ender), doing like 74 or 75 damage. It's gross.

I've been watching some EVO '05 matches w/200 won, and he does something like this ... He'll play back and forth pressure, and will CH 4, ff1, qcf+1, ff1, d/f+314 ender. I saw that and I almost cried.

No Kray, it is a combo. You just need to dash quickly enough. The timing is similar to Nina (though personally I feel it harder to CH 4, dash d+4, 1 with Anna) and it's easier to do it if you SSR a bit first.

If it is so, it still sucks. Atleast on axis. The computer always techs the d+4 so I just balls 2 da wall and dash jab. More damage anyways. It just pain me to see Anna miss that everytime I seen someone go 4 it. If you whiff the dash jab, your relatively safe still. Oh well, Ima try it...

The bad thing with Anna's magic 4 is...
It's really hard to follow up when you score it on range 2 or from SSL. f+1+2 whiffs on far range which is really disappointing because it's like her most reliable followup and magic 4 is supposed to be your far-ranged CH item.

I don't think you can get anything if you score it from SSL coz dash d+4, 1 whiffs and so does f+1+2.

Just a comparison to Nina - her lazy CH 4, f,f+1+2 juggle connects all day from all axis and I could never do it with Anna. Anna's f+1+2 blows...

Cat....: Im not getting the d+4,1 pick up... if they DONT tech or try n roll back, it picks up. Never combo'ed it in my life. I just went back to ffn1...

Some other stylish combos:

Magic 4, f,f, d+4, 1, qcf+1, d+3, 4... 53 damages

FC, d/f+2, FC, d/f+4, 1, qcf+1, 1, 2, 4... 61 damages

Those have to be done slightly off axis with SSR and SSL respectively.
The second one is rather axis-specific and it requires close distance; there are also instances where the 2 in 1, 2, 4 whiffs making the whole juggle do 56.

EDIT: Another ones:
f,f+4, FC, d/f+4, 1, qcf+1, 1, f,F+3, 4, 3... 64 damages

SS+1+2 (second hit), qcf+1, d/f+1, d/f+3, 2, f,F+3, 4, 3... 73 damages
It is very hard to get the 2nd hit of f,f+3, 4, 3 to connect
You can also do it with CH qcf+1 for 76 damages.

CH qcf+1, qcf+1, d/f+1, d/f+3, 2, f,f+1+2... 68 damages
It is much easier to end with f+1+2 but you will get 66 damages instead

CH qcf+1, U/F, N, 4, d/f+3, 2, 1, 4... 66 damages
It is inconsistent and easier to do after a SSL. Replacing U/F, N+4 with qcf+1 makes it easier but you will get 63 damages instead.
