-Saints at Colts
NBC must be ecstatic, 'cause this opener should get insane ratings. Might be a close game, but I expect Indy to pull away in the second half. Both teams have big questions on defense, and this matchup should provide a good test.
-Broncos at Bills
Denver will run.....a lot. And Buffalo won't do shit because they just want to take a long vacation and forget the season has started. Most boring game of week 1, hands down.
-Steelers at Browns
After Pittsburgh rolls to an early 21-0 lead, Frye throws two interceptions and the fans start chanting for Brady Quinn. Crennel finally gives Quinn a chance in the 4th quarter when Pittsburgh is up 42-6, and Cleveland watches in horror as their Boy Wonder gets sacked into the dirt. Repeat this scenario for the next six weeks until Crennel is fired and Quinn is out for the season due to injury.
-Eagles at Packers
I like Green Bay's defense. Their offense...not so much. Sorry Brett, but you're getting too old for this job.
-Panthers at Rams
Welcome to an all new season of the Steve Smith Show! In the season premiere, our hero travels to St. Louis with his faithful sidekick Jake Delhomme. During a freak encounter with a herd of wild rams, they become separated and lost in the wilderness. Jake attempts to make contact by taping love letters to footballs, but those sneaky rams keep intercepting his passes! Will the happy couple be reunited in time for Christmas? Find out this Sunday at 1pm Eastern, 10am Pacific!
-Falcons at Vikings
Both offenses will look horrible, but Minnesota has an actual defense and Peterson seems pretty good. Expect another snooze fest.
-Patriots at Jets
The Sent/Commando of the NFL storms into New York (correction: New Jersey) and stomps Chad and Co. into submission. That's what Mangini gets for picking Iron Man instead of Storm.
-Dolphins at Redskins
Miami's offense has been terrible, so what do they do? Get an old QB and stick him behind a non-existent offensive line. Gee, I wonder what will happen?
-Titans at Jaguars
Man, I don't like either of these teams. Tennessee got worse during the summer, and Jacksonville's starting QB is a .500 backup. Regardless of who wins, both franchises are in for a long season.
-Chiefs at Texans
And I thought the last matchup was bad. KC looks old and bad. Houston looks young and bad. Fuck it, I'll take the home team.
-Lions at Oakland
Oddly enough, this game could be fun to watch! Granted, they're still two bad teams, but you know they're better this season. At least...I hope they are.
-Bears at Chargers
If Grossman looks bad, Chicago is fucked. If Benson looks bad, Chicago is fucked. If Harris gets hurt, Chicago is fucked. If all three things happen, the entire Bears team will just leave at halftime.
-Buccaneers at Seahawks
So my team's best DT is out for the season, the offensive line consists of rookies and old guys, and they cut or traded all of the backup CBs. I feel great!
-Giants at Cowboys
I really like Dallas this season. New York is a different story. Eli has no leadership ability, Brandon Jacobs is unproven, the receivers are getting old, Strahan hasn't practiced, and everybody hates the coach. That has "winner" written all over it.
-Ravens at Bengals
Cinci's one of those wait-and-see teams, but Baltimore looks pretty good with McGahee in the backfield. I don't expect a blowout, but neither do I think it'll be all that close.
-Cardinals at 49ers
Two years ago, these teams played in Mexico City. That is, to date, the worst football game I have ever seen with my own eyes. How times have changed. Now that both franchises have some talent, this matchup is potentially awesome. But if it still sucks...hey, that's good news for Seattle!

Strahan is back but I doubt he's gonna do much on defense. Hopefully Shockey can get something going cause that's all the Giants can do since Barber retired. Odds are against Giants and the Cowgirls will get a win. Maybe TO will tear his interior ligament or something, and Romo will end up with a concussion when Strahan run his ass down. I'll be laughing when that happens

get ready guys, saints vs colts, i wonder how the colts D will do against them RB's from the saints. and we all know manning is just gonna pick out their defense, expose them and score high. saints will too as brees can match the high level play.
Wow for the first time I see someone giving the Steelers some respect.
ESPN is riding the Bengals nuts again, cause after all, they have been 27-21 over the past 3 seasons. Why wouldnt they be the team to beat lol.
Steelers have only been 34-14 over that same stretch. Why should they be considered any good? Of course the 8-8 season was the real Steelers, not the 15-1 season followed by a Super Bowl victory ha ha, dont be ridiculous!
