Pretty much the identical to what sandilord posted, although I think these are easier to connect for LP:
b+4, 1, f+3~CD4, d+4,4 = 43
b+4, 1, f+3~CDc 4,1, d+4,4 = 42

I've been using iWS+4, 2, f+3~CDc 4,1, d+4,4 for 44 dmg - I seem to be dropping the d+2, WS+4 more often than missing the iWS+4, and I feel that CD+4, d+4,4 isn't consistent enough for me to use it over the +1 dmg.

I just found out that you can add +1 dmg for every single juggle involving b+2,1 by replacing the 1 with WS+1... The follow-up f+1 actually connects, but you'll lose any possibilities for a 1,3,2 B!. This reminds me about how long Dragunov's limbs are, but I digress. It's nothing too major (a la Jinpachi TA! glitch), but better than nothing I guess

Max solo dmg for CH WR+2 as far as I know now is:
iWS+4, 2, f+3~CDc f+1,3,2, B!, f+3~CDc d+4,4 = 92 dmg for medium size+
iWS+4, 2, f+1, f+3~CDc f+4,3, B!, f+3~CDc d+4,4 = 91 dmg for small size+

Just as a reference, so far these are the orders of damage output I know for tag-buffered launchers that launches too low for a f+4,4,3 follow up (based on killing red health without TA! + consistency on all sizes), standard dmg excluding launcher & TA! = 53
iWS+4, 2, f+1, f+3~CDc f+1,3,2, B!, f+3~CDc d+4,4 (0)
b+2, WS+1, f+1, f+3~CDc f+1,3,2, B!, f+3~CD+1+2 (0)

iWS+4, 1, f+3~CDc f+1,3,2, B!, f+3~CDc d+4,4 (-1)
